Poor workmanship. After getting my cracked windshield replaced, I noticed a large gap between the…read morenew replaced windshield and the headliner board inside the car that I can put my finger through the gap. When asked for them to take a look and fix the large gap, the technician came out and stated there is nothing he can do to fix the gap and blame on the hot Florida heat and having a dashcam wire running along the headboard cause the headliner board to sag. This full of crap because there was no gap before the windshield replaced by them. Now the dashcam wire would fall down with a little bump. I would not recommend this company to replace your cracked windshield. This is not the first time I had my windshield replaced but from different company, never have a large gap like this. Do not let this company replace your windshield. I would give them a 0 but 1 is the lowest. Not happy!

I subsequently called back, asking difficult questions about an unusual insurance situation, wherein the windshield broke while I had comprehensive coverage but I since (foolishly) canceled the coverage. Tom seemed to have complete mastery of how to handle this and everything worked out great. Both Tom and the installer who did the work seemed very, very experienced and answered all my questions with a great deal of precision. I highly recommend.

I was very patient and followed up about once a week for several weeks. The first couple of times, I was told or given the impression that someone would be coming out, but eventually they stopped responding altogether. What's most frustrating is that they knew the windshield was leaking every time it rained, yet weeks went by without anyone coming to fix the issue or even responding to my messages. I gave them plenty of time and multiple opportunities to make it right before leaving this review. I would have been completely satisfied if they had simply followed through and fixed the leak.

I finally convinced him it was. I know it was because I watched the guy repair it several years ago. I kinda felt like he was trying to add extra costs payout from insurance. I did tell him I'd give him a 5 star review because the work was done quickly and I couldn't even feel the break or see it the repair on the windshield when he was finished. He had to show it to me. He does great work, was very kind, waited a few minutes for me to come out and meet him and his assistant was nice as well. I do recommend but watch for the semi-hard sell for a complete windshield replacement. God bless :)
