I am eternally thankful to Dr. Roser and her staff. My daughter went into their office with…read moredramatic visual processing deficiencies, and has made such great improvement with just a couple rounds of therapy. I can't say enough about how confident I am in their abilities to improve a child's weaknesses in this area. My daughter was struggling greatly in kindergarten and transition because her brain was not processing what she was seeing correctly. Corrective lenses could not completely improve her vision either because of her bilateral amblyopia (lazy eye in both eyes). She has improved by leaps and bounds and is reading above her grade level now in the first grade, thanks to the careful screening and diagnostic techniques of Dr. Roser, and the focused therapy provided by her very knowledgeable staff. Ms. Carol is so sweet and wonderful, and she worked so hard with my daughter to hone in on her weaknesses. Everyone in their office is absolutely wonderful!

My experience was not good! To begin with, I was apprehensive and had many questions about this new…read moremedical issue. My doctor was Amid Narula, and the WORST doctor that I have ever seen. To start, he was very condescending, in any question I asked, and he made me feel dumb to even ask a question. I was at a loss for words for the NASTY deposition he displayed during my visit. It was to the point that I just didn't want to ask any more questions. Because of the rushed appointment, I walked away more confused than I did when I went in because of the lack of time he took to explain. Because of this bad experience, I don't want to go back. If I could give 0 stars, I would for this awful experience.

Extremely unprofessional. I have been looking for a new primary care physician for several month…read moreand after research and reviews I decided to try Dr. Vento. After an email and a voice mail that were not returned, I decided to stop into the office to introduce myself (and my husband) and inquire as to what needed to be done to become new patient since numerous sources noted that they were taking new patients. Upon entering the empty waiting room, I saw two name plates near the person sitting nearest the door and asked if she was Franceca and she said no, so I asked if she was Margaret and she confirmed. I asked my question and was told they were not accepting new patients. I asked why resources said they were and was told they had recently decided to stop accepting new patients until January 2027. We turned and walked out. I did a google review about what happened (facts) and Dr. Vento responded like a pompous ass.

I explained I was looking for a family dr I could visit when needed for an occasional illness, ie cold, stomach issue. I thought we had an understanding and the dr was pleasant enough. shortly after I was told I would need to come in for an exam every 6 months because my insurance required it. (not true). Then she said it was their office policy. in the last few months, I have had minor problems that required treatment in a timely manner. Both times I could not make an appt earlier than 2 days later. Was told to go to Urgent Care. My insurance would have paid in full for family dr but cost me $50 at UC. I relayed this to dr and they could care less. So - I am aware that I don't really matter as patient. They want me to come in for unnecessary exam, but are too busy when I need them. I will be changing drs.

They have great office hours; rooms that are decorated in different themes (under the ocean, in the rainforest, or something else fun to look at and attract your child's attention); patient waiting areas that are separated into a "Sick Side" and a "Well Side" (best idea ever!!) and I've noticed that whether by a spoken language or sign language, they'll find a way to communicate with families. The only negative that I've experienced, is sometimes it's hard to get a parking spot....but, we all deal with that at one place or another...whether it's because the place is very busy, or someone can not drive/park (or both). It's worth it because you know that your child is being treated, by some great pediatricians!!
