100% recommend them for all your tours and experiences of Biscayne National Park. I'm not sure how fast their experiences normally book up, but we came during a high tourism season, so we were lucky to still get a spot on the Boca Chita Key Tour a couple weeks in advance. We had wanted to do one of their snorkeling tours, but that was all booked up - so definitely plan your trips with them in advance. Their Boca Chita Key Tour was a great way to experience the big hits that Biscayne National Park has to offer. We were lucky enough to see a pod of dolphins swimming around while boating in. Stiltsville was so unique with an interesting history, so it was really cool to get to see these houses closer up. And Boca Chita Key is beautiful with an easy walking trail and calm, blue waters perfects for dipping into. Since it's only accessible by boat, even though we went during a high tourism season, there were was not that many people there. Much better for exploring and enjoying nature. Steffon and Emily were INCREDIBLE on our trip and made it so much fun. Emily was so knowledgeable about Biscayne National Park and was so fun to listen to as she talked about its history and all the fun stories behind it. Not to mention that the two of them seemed to really enjoy their job, which made the tour all the more fun. They do a good job of balancing the size of the tour groups - big enough to be effective for them, but still small enough that there was plenty of extra space on the sold-out boat so everyone was not crammed together and the ride was enjoyable. Not to mention, it was only about $85/person - which we didn't think was too bad considering the only way to see most of the park IS by boat. Definitely plan plenty of time to get there because parking can be a bit confusing and is then a short walk. And keep in mind that where you meet is NOT at the visitor center, but at a Marina about an hour away from the visitor center. If you want a great experience while exploring Biscayne National Park, the Biscayne National Park Institute is definitely the way to go.

We enjoyed the excursion to Boca Chita. Bot Captain Jeff and naturalist, Emily, were really helpful, informative, and fun. My husband got confused and it took us longer to find parking, they tried to contact him and waited for us patiently. Very kind of them Emily is very knowledgeable and was accessible and friendly to all. They made the whole experience really enjoyable. I highly recommend the Biscayne National Park Institute

We just got back from a boat tour which included Stiltsville, the key hole, and Boca Chita. Our guide Avi has an obvious passion for history, doing an amazing job telling us the history or what we were seeing. He knew about the wildlife and even spotted a sea turtle on our way back to the port. Captain Jeff, who may be changing his name to Captain Lars, kept us on an even keel the entire time. I did get splashed a few times but the warm sea spray was welcome on this warm day. We totally recommend booking the trip. It's much better than staying ashore and wondering what you might see.

The best part of the trip was how we had the boat exclusively to ourselves! I didn't know it'd be a private tour until the day I came. So, the boat was just a total of 3 people (captain included). The water temperature was great and the clarity was decent. We even saw two dolphins! You meetup at Whiskey Joe's at the marina and you can start your excursion immediately. I liked that you didn't need to wait around much. I was able to see some cool looking fish, a bottom feeder and a crab. You get 2 hours for the snorkeling and you're not required to wear any life vests (in fact, we weren't offered any and I didn't see any). The water is super shallow so it didn't seem dangerous at all. The water is also salty and easy to float in. The boat was nearby the main snorkeling area. The bad: The area for snorkeling was pretty small. It was an artificial reef where the fish were but outside of that area there is just seagrass and there's no living things to observe. The website says snorkeling starts at $75/pp and up but that's misleading b/c that's only the price if you have 8+ people. When I came to the marina, the worker who had me sign paperwork said that "$25/hour tip is required" when I got an email saying 15% tip is optional. My husband clarified and he said "yes, it's required" but later retracted his statement after I clarified that it was strange to give tip upfront before we even went on the excursion. However, I did already give 15% tip upfront on 50% of the value and then Zelled an additional $25 tip to the captain himself afterward. The cost for snorkeling ended up being $407 for 2 people (pricey). The interesting: The captain swam with us to lead us to the reef and then swam back and was mostly on his phone.

I used WhatsApp and they respond really quickly. Just provide details like the day, amount of people and the time. You can also book through their website which I also did but WhatsApp was immediate service. We quickly found an option that fit our budget and they send over a contract to sign. A small deposit is due during the time you sign your contract with the remaining balance and tip on the day of your trip. They offer drink and food services but we opted to bring our own as they provide an ice cooler. Our captain, Daniel, was great. He texted me right before and we let him know we were running late. Our Uber dropped us off at the wrong location which made us more late but he still gave us our time back when he did not have to all. Once he helped us onto the boat, he asked where we wanted to go and took us to a small island with other boats. He also gives you full access to the music. They also have an option for a large floatie for everyone to lay out and relax on. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a private boat ride. Prices are very reasonable. Easily our favorite excursion on the trip!

The boat was scheduled for 4PM and no one had informed us of where the boat would be or who the captain was. The address provided on the website is a general address for several boats to pick up people so we had to wait for 1.5 hours! We called multiple times to obtain the information but they kept delaying the information as they did not have it since they had five other charter boats taking off. The staff in the pick up location informed us (and the captain of the boat confirmed) we were double booked! The prior boat group was scheduled to end at 5PM and we were scheduled to start at 4PM. But FEELING YACHTY never communicated this or apoligized for the tardiness. Aside from that the captain was great! But unfortunately, in the beginning of the boat tour the AC was not working on the inside and toward the end of the trip the water for bathroom and sink got shut off. We ended up getting on the boat since FEELING YACHTY does not provide a refnd or rescheuling. THEY ARE NOT FLEXIBLE AND DO NOT COMMUNICATE. You are better off with another company, heed my warning!
