I bought a Groupon to this place for my mom and I. "90 minute Swedish or Deep tissue massage with…read moreAromatherapy and a steam shower with aromatherapy enhancements", that was what I bought. Original price per Groupon was $330 and I got it for $230. A little pricey - that's $1 per minute of massage. My mom and I arrived at 10 on the dot. We were greet a few minutes later by the front desk clerk and then a few minutes later 2 women greeted us and said they would do our massage. We were taken to a room and after set up our massage started about 10:15/10:20. The massage itself was great. I almost couldn't even get up after she was done. I was confused though because there was no aromatherapy there and it wasn't offered but it was part of the Groupon I purchased. When we were finished they asked if we wanted a shower, of course we did - I was looking forward to a steam shower with aromatherapy enhancements. We got to the showers and once again, no aromatherapy. She turned it on for me and showed me how to use the steam. It was nice, I stayed in there for about 20 min. Overall, the staff was nice. The massage was great, the shower felt good. I was slightly disappointed that I had no aromatherapy though because it was definitely part of the package I purchased. I'm also confused on why they asked if I even wanted a shower if it was also part of the package I purchased as well?

My partner booked a couples deep tissue massage at Heavenly Massage through Groupon, and…read moreunfortunately the experience was very disappointing. My partner paid almost $300, so we were expecting a relaxing and professional service. My massage therapist was Angie. At the beginning of the session I politely asked for an extra pillow for support while laying on my stomach, and she immediately seemed irritated by the request. The pillow she gave me did not have a hole for me to breathe through. From that point on, the massage itself did not feel like a deep tissue massage at all. It mostly felt like lotion being lightly rubbed on my back rather than any real muscle work. When I asked if she could apply more pressure, instead of adjusting the technique she repeatedly pressed her elbow into the same area, which became painful rather than helpful. It felt like the same spot was being worked over and over instead of a proper massage. Since this was a couples massage, my partner was in the room with me and even he could tell that I was uncomfortable during the session even his massage therapist Emma seen I was uncomfortable and she tried to lighten the mood. I still tried to be a good sport and finish the massage because he had spent so much money on the experience and I didn't want to ruin the moment. Afterward I shared my concerns with the manager. I was told that Angie has "never received a complaint before," which made my feedback feel dismissed. I was also offered a coupon, which I declined because I wasn't looking for a discount or a free service. I simply wanted to share my experience as a customer. Overall, the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unheard. For the price paid and the reputation the place seemed to have, this experience did not meet expectations.

She helped me during a hospital birth where I made use of tub and tried to avoid interventions. During labor, she assisted by putting heat packs on my pressure points, guiding me into different positions to make laboring easier and effective, making use of a tub for labor, and creating a calm, reassuring and positive atmosphere. From the start, her calm, grounded energy helped me feel supported and confident, even when things didn't go according to plan. When my labor stalled, Holly guided me through exercises that actually got things moving--my water broke soon after, and she also shared positions that helped my baby flip. Her pain management workshop gave me tools I leaned on hard during some intense moments. And when my epidural failed (twice!), Holly didn't miss a beat. She advocated for me when I was in pain and made sure I felt heard and cared for. I honestly don't know what I would've done without her. She played a huge role in turning what could've been a traumatic experience into something empowering. If you're considering a doula, do yourself a favor and call Holly. She's the real deal.

Service and ambiance is okay My review is regarding the…read moremembership --- deceiving and misleading information. To avoid five-year federal expiration prohibition on gift cards, they create this membership and my service apparently expired after 12 months if I stopped continuing paying monthly fee. It was a treat from my husband after postpartum when he book the reservation. Not knowing fully what I signed up for while I was busy filling out these paperwork for new client and body worksheet. Receptionist pursuit to sale these memberships saving --- where I definitely remember her stating you can pause it anytime - the service will not expire and will stay on the account. Knowing the service will stay on the account, I signed up for this membership. I'm a busy mother working from home full time, breastfeeding, and caring for my child thus no time to treat myself so I pause my membership after 3 months. Now that I came back to the business because I'm almost due again in June to treat myself. The receptionist not only denied of my credit but print out a statement (highlighted for me to see) -- that should've been highlighted to begin with for clients -- these service will expire after 12 months. This is such a shame for a business to do this especially when it's a treat for someone to do these services and it wasn't like I'm asking it for free. These are services I paid in advance and it was misleading to not inform your receptionist to emphasize on the terms instead of making a sale that's it's never expire and will remain on the account. I had a peace of mind signing up for the membership knowing I can use it anytime and knowing my right. I not only walk away from the business feeling unappreciated and cheated but also upset by the way it was informed back to me why the service expired by throwing a printout and highlighted the terms and conditions. Obviously, I didn't have time to read these terms and conditions when you get rushed into a massage session with a bunch of new client paperwork to fill out where your needs to be focus on instead I trust the words of a receptionist when they made sale of the membership. At the end of the day, what I want was services I already paid and it's wrong for business to find these loopholes to not obligated to the law.

I have been a member for some time, and unfortunately my recent experiences have been consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, I scheduled my next appointment before leaving the spa, only to find out later that I was never actually placed on the schedule. This has happened more than once, and it is unacceptable for a membership-based business where appointments are essential. I have also had to double‑check my packages and treatments every visit because I do not feel confident that the front desk staff is applying them correctly. No customer should feel the need to verify charges to avoid being overbilled. I was actually called within minutes after leaving the office to say i owed $5.00! Three calls. I did not owe them anything! During one of my recent services, the technician spent part of the appointment speaking negatively about the front desk staff and even mentioned plans to leave and start her own business, asking if I would follow her. When I was checking out the front office staff was also speaking on how they were happy she was leaving. This level of unprofessionalism made the entire experience uncomfortable and inappropriate. Overall, this has been the most unprofessional spa environment I have encountered. At this point, I plan to use the remainder of my packages and then cancel my membership entirely. I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received and hope that these issues are addressed so other customers do not have similar experiences.

I brought a friend with me ( supported the business). My friend paid for my massage as a surprise gift. When I told them I did not want my friend to pay, and I had a gift card; they assured me that the gift card would not expire. There was no expiration date on the electronic gift card, so I trusted them. They lied when I finally got an appointment after months of trying to get in, but no appointments were available; they told me my $90 gift card was expired! Scam!! Spoke to the manager and she had an attitude and refused to do her job. Completely entitled and no customer service skills. I'm in customer service, so I know the way I was treated was unacceptable.
