I tried the NazionAle, a blonde ale, and the ColoniAle, an IPA. The NazionAle was easy drinking, what we would call a lawnmower beer in Florida, something for hot days, or socializing without getting messed up. The ColoniAle was a decent IPA, a little less hoppy than the typical IPA that I am used to drinking in the US.
There is a full menu available, but we had already eaten earlier, so settled for fagioli cannellini alla'olio (cannellini beans in olive oil), and a pretzel (brezen) with nutella. The beans were good; the pretzel was seemingly stale, and a little tough to eat.
The place is warm and intimate inside. There are some seats at the bar, but seating is typically at tables. Service was typical of what we have experienced in Italy, which is to say, not very attentive; I had to flag down a server to get a second beer. But, it is something I am used to having travelled to Europe several times.
