Mr. Brown was extremely helpful in choosing the right tint to be able to tackle this very difficult situation. While the shade needed to be dark enough to make it bearable for the businesses in the building it still needed to be light enough to make the space welcoming for the customers. We were on the fence between two shades and we are so glad we went with Pat's recommendation- it turned out great! I will admit it seemed a little too dark at first, but we brightened things up with some string lights to knock the edge off and make for a more whimsical space. We are very happy with the darker shade because it still isn't enough on the worst sun-filled days, which are many here in the high country, LoL! The team at JAM did an excellent job on our project at a fantastic price. I explained the number and locations of the windows we wanted tinted and scheduled for a time we weren't at home to social distance - their request. When we got home after I noticed one of the windows wasn't tinted. When I brought it up to them they when I told them I wanted 4 windows tinted they understood that to be 4 panes and only completed 3 windows (4 panes). That wanted. another $300 to come finish what I felt we had already agreed on and paid for. Overall, we are happy with the work they did, but didn't feel they provide the service we agreed on. I understand it was a miscommunication but I feel it was on both sides and they weren't interested in finding a way to make it right. Disappointed in their customer service.
