Our railing had to wrap around a very funky spiral staircase that goes around a tree and is not symmetrical. He went above and beyond the basic railing we expected and added custom tree branches and other artistic elements. My outdoor furnace stopped working and I called them to fix it. Someone came and told me I needed a…read moreheat exchanger but said I would need a new furnace because it was too old and there were no parts available. This would cost me $15,000 to $20,000. Then another person came out from R & H to look at replacing the furnace and decided it was too dangerous to remove this outdoor furnace in the winter. Suddenly they found two heat exchangers available from the manufacturer and this would cost me $5,000 ish. This did not smell right to me so I didn't move forward. Then I received a bill for almost $500. There is no indication on their website nor verbally was I told of their charging for an inspection. I thought ithe charge was egregious. I will not pay the bill. Please read other YELP reviews and you will see experiences similar to mine.
