The service man was very nice and polite but why did he charge me 50 dollars to just put a cheap new knob on only and it does the same thing my nice old knob was doing? Nothing was solved. He did get me some hot water but tell me what happened to the cold water......only had hot water. I have been waiting almost EIGHT weeks and there has been no visit from them. Presley texted me a few times to say they haven't forgotten about me, the last time being almost three weeks ago.
