Although its small it still offers a good range of services and the staff are friendly. Very handy for sending parcels for anyone who lives in the area, more convenient than going all the way into town and joining the queues in the bigger more busy post office outlets. I've since moved out of the area, but when I lived there it did have reduced working times, I believe services stopped aroun 3pm, but this may have changed over time.

Usually, the staff levels are set so you will queue, often back to the door in stifling heat. Lots of windows for staff, but you'll never see more than five of the eight or more booths occupied. One time in four, you'll hear customers moaning, trying to get a group moan going after waiting fifteen minutes only to see staff just walk away from their position. I know they need breaks but it comes back to management here perpetually staffing this place inadequately. Though I will say, their core staff are a mature, confident and efficient bunch. Once you reach them. By the time of which you do though, you are so fed up.

It's a long narrow shop with not much room to display any other products so you have to look for jiffy bags and packaging an grab it as you queue up. There can be long queues at lunchtimes but they move quickly and the staff are efficient and helpful. It is positioned at the top of the pedestrianized section of Bracknell town centre. There is therefore no parking immediately outside but plenty of car parking a short walk away. It has both steps and a sloping entrance so is accessable for wheelchairs/ buggies but somewhat narrow inside.
