Small postoffice inside the local newsagents. Only has 3 windows, and usually only one or two are open, but for the size it's usually plenty. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. read more

Great Hollands Post Office

This post office is situated in the newsagents in the shopping parade…read more There are two tills and these are both usually open. It can get busy in here especially at 9am as the school mums and pensioners go at that time. Even when it is busy the staff are quick and know what they are doing and try to give you options on postage and tell you the prices for 1st, 2nd class etc. They also have a good stock of forms, you do have to ask for some of these. They also sell car tax which is great and saves going to the main post office in the town. While you are at the post office you might as well treat yourself to some sweet in the newsagents as they have loads!

This post office is in the newsagent in the neighbourhood parade of shops…read more There is lots of parking at the front and also the side. The post office is away from the main newsagents till. It can get busy especially in the mornings when they open at 9am but as there are 2 tills open and usually 2 staff you do get dealt with quite quickly. I have found the staff to be quite pleasant and to know what to do and are quick. There is a stock of forms and leaflets and some stationary items.
Harmanswater Post Office
This post office is in the newsagents in the parade of shops in Harmanswater…read more It can get busy and it can be a tight fit as the queue for the post office is right by the till to pay for your papers etc. There are two tills at the post office which are both usually open and the staff are nice and friendly ( most post office staff arent) and they will help. I saw staff helping an older man who was trying to use the machine with his chip and pin card and was having trouble and the lady came out of the door and helped him to do it whilst trying to not look at his pin number! There is a good selection of envelopes and postage bags and lots of forms. You can buy car tax here. There is parking right out the front and around the back.
Post Office
What a dreadful post office. Convenient, in the town centre, sure. But always a miserable…read moreexperience unless you have the rare luck of walking in and finding a very short queue! Usually, the staff levels are set so you will queue, often back to the door in stifling heat. Lots of windows for staff, but you'll never see more than five of the eight or more booths occupied. One time in four, you'll hear customers moaning, trying to get a group moan going after waiting fifteen minutes only to see staff just walk away from their position. I know they need breaks but it comes back to management here perpetually staffing this place inadequately. Though I will say, their core staff are a mature, confident and efficient bunch. Once you reach them. By the time of which you do though, you are so fed up.

It's a long narrow shop with not much room to display any other products so you have to look for jiffy bags and packaging an grab it as you queue up. There can be long queues at lunchtimes but they move quickly and the staff are efficient and helpful. It is positioned at the top of the pedestrianized section of Bracknell town centre. There is therefore no parking immediately outside but plenty of car parking a short walk away. It has both steps and a sloping entrance so is accessable for wheelchairs/ buggies but somewhat narrow inside.

This post office is now incorporated into Londis on New Road. Londis is a grocery store with plenty…read moreof choice - it is like a mini supermarket. Limited parking. The post office counter is at the back. They do all the main post office services including car tax, cash withdrawals, postal services. This post office can be busy and queues do form particularly in the mornings. But overall I prefer this post office to the one on Ascot High Street as it is more spacious and there is easier access for pushchairs. Plus you can pick up whatever groceries you need at the same time.
