If I have a critique, it's that I have to pay cash and then navigate insurance reimbursement myself. It's a pain. I get it, their model works for them and it's not enough of a hindrance to make me stop coming or rate them lower than 5*. Just less service on that end than some others. Great location, tele health is available, and they're super responsive. They send good reminders about appointments, paperwork, to update ongoing assessments and testing. In conjunction with my prescriber, this is working so I'm gonna keep doing it.

I start by explaining how my life was made whole or transformed or became a joyous yet peaceful existence because of Hannah Cole, and then I profusely praise her for being (in so many ways) a savior to my psyche. It was Hannah's unwavering support that led me to transform how I perceived myself, and that transformation happened due to a therapy known as Internal Family Systems (IFS). When Hannah mentioned IFS early in our sessions, I pretty much dismissed it. When she mentioned it a second time, I decided to view the video about IFS that she recommended. Well, IFS turned out to be my Golden Ticket to finally understanding myself and bringing together all the aspects of my psyche, which led to transforming a life of past grief into a life of present joy.

I had read some research that supported this treatment and decided to give it a go. I searched for an acupuncturist who specialized in fertility and saw Access Acupuncture online. I then saw Dr. Monica Sarrat for 3-4 months while trying to conceive with fertility treatments. During this time she helped me make changes in my diet to increase my changes of conceiving and she was able to regulate my hormones to the point that my period was completely regulated to the day! I was very impressed with these results alone! She also helped me with other symptoms I was experiencing prior to conception. She is very kind, takes time listening, and truly cares for her patients. She is very knowledgeable and I completely trusted her expertise. I truly believe it was acupuncture, under Dr. Sarrats care, that helped me convince my first baby. I saw her through the first trimester and she helped manage all symptoms. I don't have another pregnant to compare this experience to, but overall my symptoms were mild. I am so fortunate I found Access Acupuncture. Erika in the front desk was wonderful! She made it easy to book appointments and make changes as needed. I appreciated her flexibility. I went once a week for treatment so I appreciated her professionalism very much. She was always kind and would offer tea if there was a small wait. Treatment was not covered under my insurance but I believe the benefit far outweighed the cost. I am very thankful for my wonderful experience at Access Acupuncture. I would recommend this place to anyone who is trying to get pregnant and has not had success trying naturally or while under medical care.

They can always get us in quickly and will even work us in if their schedule is full and the symptoms are concerning. My 4 yr old runs and gives her a hug every time she sees her. Just the other day 4 yr old needed a steroid and they had a drinkable steroid instead of a shot. The nurse made her and my daughter 'lemonade' and got her to drink all of it. It was fantastic. She's always been awful about taking medicine. As for my 3 month old I knew she wasn't feeling good and Marta ran every test to figure it out and make me feel better. A month ago she had an awful UTI that caused her to be in the hospital a few days so I've been extra paranoid when she doesn't feel good. Marta knew that and did everything she could to give me reassurance. She wasn't even on call this weekend but she still called me with the lab results. The girls at the front are awesome. They are very sweet. Molly always waves at us. My 4 yr old always asks for stickers and they will dig out the specific princess she wants. They have awesome bedside manners and always make it fun especially for my 4 yr old. My 4 yr old needed to go to the bathroom and the nurse didn't hesitate to offer to hold my 3 month old so I could help her. All of this to say, I feel like they always go above and beyond for my family and I'm forever grateful for all of them. Just a side note they are a vaccine mandatory practice. It's their choice to have that policy just as much as it's your choice not to vaccinate so find a practice that aligns with your values and don't bash them for their policy.
