There were only two people onsite, which led to some delays, esp when one of them took their break. Not their fault, but they should probably schedule three people here. They did provide snacks and drinks after giving blood, like most donation centers. But due to the overworked staff, they didn't properly seal off the hole from the needle. I kept having to put new bandages on it for 2-3 days later.

I've been here before, but only to donate blood. Donating platelets is a much longer process, and they certainly made sure it was a easy and comfortable as possible. The beds to donate have tv screens and headsets to keep you entertained, they bring you blankets and pillows and everything you need to be comfortable. I felt very pampered the entire time. I will definitely continue to come to this location whenever I want to donate.

I have been donating for awhile and the changes are very upsetting. i have an express pass for a…read moreyear and now I am told I can't use it anymore. I worked hard to earn my points and not use my express pass after 3 months Of use. This needs to change to allow donors to use their passes we earned it. And today the center moved the beds so close together I am uncomfortable speaking my personal information out loud. This is a hipaa violation that others can note and hear my personal information. As well as delay donation because staff can not help donors next to each other at the small time because there is not enough space. I donate because of the benefits for others but the changes are not beneficial for donors. I am considering going elsewhere and tell others to do the same.
