Very clean and personable staff. The employees are very friendly and remember your name. Plasma centers get a bad wrap but I've never felt threatened and always enjoy giving back to people who need life saving plasma. Great company been donating with them since they were downtown in Youngstown. The workers are so sweet and kind. They try to make the process as speedy as possible. This is a great place to donate..the staff has always been friendly,informative and considerate.I can't recall everyone's name who has worked with me but John and Kelly to name 2.I have small (double red)veins which can be difficult but have never experienced discomfort because of this.In addition,I have never experienced a long wait. read more
