Interesting place. Makes me feel like a cow being processed. It fast and easy cash the first visit is your longest one (0paperwork, legal compliance stuff ) o like it even more now that there is a saline shortage. I felt like ice water when they would flush me at the end. If tureens me into a popsicle due to my Raynaud's Phenomenon. The staff is all very professional and friendly. The place is clean. Except for the women's napkin disposal container. They must not like to empty it. I don't need to use that container but old menstrual blood puts off a nary oder., especially when it packed full to the brim of the box. I haven't figured out how their pay schedule works. It's different every time. Which is loaded on a debit card you can immediately withdraw from an ATM. at Sheetz gas station. If you go to any others you will be charged for using an out of network ATM fee. IMost commonly three dollars. read more

The staff are all professional and kind. They are easy to talk to and make sure you are comfortable and everything is clean.

Very clean, professional, facility. The staff are all very professional, courteous, friendly. I've been donating regularly here for about a year now and can say it's the absolute best plasma donation facility I've been to in multiple states. Background checks are required here which definitely seems to make a big difference in the clientele. I don't feel uncomfortable or "dirty" donating like at other facilities. This place is very professional and clean. I've been "stuck" only once here by a former employee who wasn't paying attention, but since then Biolife now matches your veins with the proper experienced tech. They pay via a reloadable Visa card. The nearest ATM is inside K-Mart, however do NOT check your balance at the ATM. That 3rd party will charge a $1.00 fee for doing so. Increments of only $20 there. Instead, use the PNC ATM at any Sheetz (increments of $10). Use the app to maintain your account. You can also check your balance via a super quick text, which I do all the time. So 2 thumbs way up for decent money for an hour of your time. Plus it saves lives! read more
