Long wait, at 3 pm, they only have one vital station open with lines at both ends wrapped around the wall. This place is new but very slow

The place is nice, clean, cool, bright, red white and blue colors 4th of july few days ago…read more Started with text reminder that I am available to donate. Every 4 month for a double red donation. Then went on my app for express pass for a long list of questionnaire by doing it saves time. I never make reservations always walk in and I guess lucky to not wait. When I enter Craig the volunteer this tall, friendly good looking man greeted me and was very nice attentive from beginning to the end. Offered drinks snacks and asked how I was. Next Nick the nurse very nice, helpful, informative and friendly. Check how I was doing during process explained procedures and what was happening with the machines. Started with mini physical checked temperature, blood pressure, pricked finger got some blood to check hemoglobin (iron) and weight. Then you lay on reclining bed, the arm that has the needle lays on a warming pad which feels more comfy. Took about 45minutes for the whole process. Then your arm gets taped and informed about what to do afterwards like no lifting, no drinking etc. you also get a paper with more information like who to call incase something bad happens. Then wait 15 minutes before leaving and waiting area theres some snacks and drinks. By the way I been here so many times and all the volunteers and nurse do amazing job. Once again Craig & Nick thank you, appreciate what you guys do, have a nice day! Lastly theres area for kids to wait and watch television. Brought my son before and its ok.

Today I went in I didn't catch her name (older Asian lady ) gave me this huge lecture how they were not a monitoring facility. Which if that's the case I just wasn't aware it was a problem. I understand there is a shortage of blood donors, up till now I always donate every time knowing There is a great need . I just walked out , the lecture did not sit well with me , there could have been a better way for her to handle this . Not sure if I will be returning If anyone at this facility wants to reach out to me and explain in a professional manner . Jose R 909 518 3082

I was here several months ago, and (it happened again when I recently visited) the laptop kicked me out when I got to a certain part of the questionnaire. Instead of just signing me back in, the woman seemed impatient, and without saying anything, proceeded to fill it in for me, asking me the questions. I thought that was condescending. Also, both employees were engaged in conversation with each other while I was there. I'm glad my experience this time was better, as I'd considered not donating there again, even if it was the closest location to me.

I love the grey floors lol And the chairs in the waiting area are very comfy too. We had appointments so it was pretty easy. Walked in and were greeted. Went over the pre-donation questions like have you gotten a tattoo recently or been out of the country recently etc. Then we did the finger prick and were ready to go. My boyfriend went first, and they started pumping him for his blood lol Then they got me setup. My phlebotomist was great!!! I usually have issues with them finding my veins. Or I get told that I have rolling veins. Not this time! She came right in, looked at both arms and identified that I only have one "good vein" that could be used for drawing blood. She stuck in the needle and it was almost painless. I am used to getting pricked multiple times for them to "find a vein." I really appreciate that I didn't have to go through all that here. This is a great place to donate blood and help save lives! :)

I absolutely love coming here! The staff is what keeps me coming back. I wish I could name…read moreeveryone, but today I want to recognize Jessica, Destiny, and Alondra. I usually schedule morning appointments, but I decided to switch things up and come in during the evening. Check-in at 6:00 p.m. was smooth, but the line afterward was long. I could complain, but this is what I signed up for--and honestly, it could have felt much longer if it weren't for Jessica. Her positive attitude made a huge difference and set the tone for the entire experience. Yes, I stood in line for nearly an hour, but I truly have no complaints. Destiny and Alondra were professional, kind, and attentive. Even after what I'm sure had been a long day, they went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. The donation process itself was smooth and completely hassle-free. It's easy to complain when things don't go perfectly. Instead, I'd rather give Jessica, Destiny, and Alondra their flowers. Their kindness, professionalism, and positivity made all the difference. Kindness truly goes a long way.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism at this location…read more Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me with the impression that some staff members are simply going through the motions and have very little concern for donors. During my second-to-last visit, I was left sitting in the chair for over 30 minutes. Ali eventually came over and shut off the alarm, then proceeded to disconnect other patients who had chimed after me. I was left wondering whether this had anything to do with my having requested a specific technician. Regardless of the reason, I ultimately had to ask another technician to disconnect me. Last night, I experienced a similar situation. I waited approximately 25 minutes just to be hooked up, while individuals who arrived after me were taken care of first. During this time, staff appeared more focused on complaining about mandatory training than on assisting donors. The overall appearance and professionalism of the staff also need attention. Some employees appeared unkempt, and basic personal hygiene and cleanliness should be taken more seriously--particularly when employees are working directly with donors. Even the condition of some of the staff jackets raised questions about how frequently they are being cleaned. After waiting 25 minutes and experiencing what I felt was an unnecessarily dismissive attitude from the technician, I decided to leave. What was most frustrating was the apparent lack of concern about losing a donor. This location needs significant improvement in customer service, professionalism, cleanliness, and, most importantly, respect for the people who take the time to donate. There are other locations that provide a much better experience, and at this point, I believe the extra drive is well worth it.
