This place opened a week before the writing of this review, and I hope it is successful! You can tell every piece of furniture is carefully chosen to give the feeling of a second home, and each dish is lovingly created. For example, our earthy and addictive soy milk cappuccinos came out with different milk leaves, and the menus are cutely printed on large playing cards. As for the dishes:
- Tofu scramble - this is delicious and satisfying as a meal. The spices and flavoring are perfect and I am determined to replicate this when I get home! It is almost indistinguishable from scrambled eggs. The breads are also tasty and feel healthy.
- Chia seed pudding - this is refreshing and the raspberry works well with the unique texture that chia seed creates. Again, tasty and addictive.
I'm excited to see where this place goes, and I regret not being able to try more dishes. My sister and I both enjoyed this place, as omnivores who needed a break from the heavy meat and carby dishes we were eating in Austria. This place felt warm and welcoming rather than the hipsterly pretention you sometimes see in health-conscious places. Definitely come give this place a try!
