It's $28 and that covers 2 visits - getting the shot and getting the test read. It's hard to find this info online so I called the store's number. I was directed to the national Take Care answering service which was annoying. I would have liked to talk to someone at the actual clinic I'd be going to. But the guy I talked to was nice enough and gave me the info I needed. They don't take appointments which is good and bad at the same time. I like that i can just walk in, but I happened to get there during their lunch break (1:30-2:30...beware!) which wasn't posted anywhere so I had no way of knowing. Argh. It would have taken me longer to head back to work and then come back later, so I just stayed. At least I was the first one in line. The doctor was pretty nice and helped me file the test to my insurance on the off chance they will pay it. She was pretty persistent on selling me a flu shot even though I told her that I've never gotten one, never plan to and have yet to get the flu. I said my brother has gotten one several times, but it only seems to make him sick. She followed by telling me that wasn't possible and getting the flu shot can't make you sick. Oh ok. Well the only times he has gotten sick are the times he's gotten the shot. Just sayin'... I had to go back two days later to get the test read. I had been told on my first visit that I should go ahead and sign in but I would be the next person seen because it just takes a minute to read the test. So up I go to the sign in screen, but before I can sign in, I'm told by the girl at the desk that I don't need to sign in if I'm just getting the test read. I said thanks and took a seat waiting for the doctor to come out. About 30 minutes later they called the next person so I went to the desk and said "I thought I could just get my test read and not have to wait?" Desk girl told me that I didn't need to sign in but I still had to wait because there were people in front of me. Wait...what?! So I have to sit here for at least an hour (again!) to get a test read even though I was told twice that I wouldn't have to wait? They need to get their story straight. I don't mind waiting unless I'm told that I won't have to. Luckily the lady that was next told me that I could go in front of her because there was no need for me to wait. Wooohoooo! So at least some people are still with it and awesome. At least I used my waiting time wisely...I checked my email, caught up on words with friends and was able to draft this entire review. It was nice to get to not have to do to a doctor's office to get this test done, but the service was pretty shoddy. I will for sure just be going to the Take Care clinics when desperate, but I guess is the point of them anyway.

My new job requires a drug test. They let me know that there was an order for one and send me…read morepaperwork and a list of locations to go to. This was the closest location to me. I called in advance to understand to schedule an appointment. The employee let me know that appointments were not needed for drug tests, but that you could come anytime. They are first come first serve so there could be a wait. they also let me know that there wasn't currently a wait and advised what I would need to bring with me. I went there right away. Signed in and gave them the paperwork. I was instructed to come back shortly after. The process was quick and directions were clearly provided. The employee was friendly. There was no check out necessary for me. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I'd come back here again for this service.

My check in at the computer in the waiting room slightly delayed because my records did not load up immediately when I checked in for my 9:30 appt but receptionist was quick and prompt in looking up my info and was able to get in with the team. Was seen for a sinus infection and the nursing team for the day and the provider for the day - APRN-CNP Philip Holtgrave was efficient and professional and I also felt heard during the appointment. Was able to get prescriptions called into my pharmacy and out in approximately under 45 minutes. I know this is a busy time and the staff navigated well. I will continue to use this UC location for quick concerns not requiring higher level of medical care.

Had to ask her to look in my ear as she was walking out the door. Told her I had a sinus infection, but was totally ignored. Went to urgent care on Saturday and they took care of me and said I would feel better in 24 hours and I did. Diagnosis sinus infection and bronchitis. Made an appointment for 12:30 PM and was out by 1:30 PM. They even gave me a blanket because I had chills so bad. Highly recommend this place. Philip Christina and David were all wonderful along with the initial lovely lady who called me back into my room.

I was tested for the flu and Covid, but all the nurse did was touch my nose hairs for 1-2 seconds on each swab and called it a day. They're purposely not swabbing people correctly so you have to come back and pay for more care in the future and it's ridiculous. If you have to get a swab from here make sure they do it correctly instead of just going along with the flow like I did. I wish I had called them out in person but was trying to avoid a scene since I didn't feel well.

Awful care! One of the doctors in the medical group (Dr. Lucas) came walk-in without introducing…read morehimself and just ask what do you want. After being scolded for 15 minutes and attempting to explain my issues while having him talk over me and repeating that I am too young for any of my concerns. While revising me physically, Doctor was rough and clumsy. I was turn around with the same prescriptions and even to fight for one that I truly need to avoid an asthma attack under an allergic reaction. Waiting on Lab results to see if I am too young for any thyroid problems or anemia. Don't recommend this doctor at all! Tried to change to a different doctor in same medical group but he is not receiving new patients. With this said, I am taking my business somewhere else. Even though this, there are several other doctors in these medical group, I don't know there quality of care, but the overall office and staff are always friendly and very helpful.
