We've been coming to Greensboro Pediatricians for over 11 years and overall, it's exactly what I…read moreexpect from a U.S. doctor's office these days (for good or for bad). This office is solid in person, not great outside of that. The in-office experience is consistently good; staff are friendly, and every doctor we've seen (including our two primary doctors over the years) has been great about taking their time and answering all our questions. That said, if you're hoping to get much help over the phone or without going in, don't count on it. They can tell you if you should come in or not, but beyond that, you're better off using a telehealth service.

In my professional interactions with the pediatricians of this group, I have had nothing but good…read moreexperiences. I've had to call them for consults occasionally - they've been helpful, informative, and extremely nice. I could not speak to the delay in getting an appointment noted in the prior review or the delay in receiving a return phone call as I've not had this issue when I've called them. To provide some professional perspective, I will say, however, that with scheduled 2 medications (ADHD medications), physicians are required to see patients at regular intervals and most practices require 1 weeks' notice for providing prescription refills.

Their primary provider is NP Lynn Klett, who has taken care of all of them over the years. She is always caring, attentive, and willing to listen to all of my concerns as a parent. I truly appreciate how she takes the time to listen and help us find the best solutions for my kids. There have been times when one of my kids gets sick and I need a last-minute appointment, so we end up seeing another provider. I have seen Dr. Ram, Dr. Agbuya, and Dr. Rothstein, and they have all been great as well. I have never had any issues with the care we have received from them. Overall, I am very happy with this pediatric office and appreciate the care and attention they have given my children over the years. It means a lot to have a team of providers I can trust with my kids' health. I highly recommend this office!

Doctors were ok but really didn't have time to spend with my kid in the room as I would have liked. I also feel being a family of color made a difference in service and perceptions. They're great with kiddos, helpful, thoughtful and caring - visits are never rushed and very thorough - knowledgeable science based medicine! 5 stars for the practice - I've only given 4 because of the new answering service. The staff answering phones could stand a course on phone etiquette and are just, generally, unhelpful... ask for them to send a message to get someone from the clinic to help!!

Once I did it has been great . Then the Atrium buyout happened. I will say the service remained the same in person but now instead of picking up the phone the best way to get to staff is through a portal message don't love that. Also the after hours line is now a bigger line of people all over. The service with them hasn't been great. Still love the doctors and nurses we see in person.

He takes the time to get to know you and your kids. This is the saddest I've been to transfer to a new unit, because I didn't want to get a different pediatrician! Although Dr. Culler was our primary doctor, my children saw others throughout our time here for sick visits. Every last one was amazing. They didn't brush off any of my concerns and took their time to find a solution. I couldn't be more pleased. On top of all the providers and their nurses, the reception staff is amazing as well. They made things uncomplicated and quick to check in and book appointments. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. LOVE this place!

We initially liked Cornerstone because they were fairly conservative in how they treated illness and would give us information about the recommended options. Over the past few years, that has gone by the wayside and everything is treated with a prescription or referral to a specialist. It's overkill, not to mention expensive and time-consuming. The overall feeling is that they are treating symptoms but not taking the time to see the big picture. And ordering unnecessary tests and visits with specialists to cover themselves.
