We hired Finley Surgener of Bio Pro Restoration from Shelby, Ohio to remediate a mold problem in the basement of an older home that we were selling. We were up against a time line for completion. I called him on a Saturday and explained our situation. He set an appointment for the following Monday morning, came and gave us an estimate, and started the work within a couple of days. Finley kept in contact with us through text or phone at least once a day, giving us an update of the process. He finished the project within a week, remediating all the issues from the report given to use by the buyer's realtor. I had contacted 3 other companies in the area and Bio Pro Restoration was the most reasonable with regard to cost and time efficient ( getting the job done) of them all. I have been in the education business for the past 40 years, dealing with the public, and other professionals. I know how hard it is to find quality people, who are ethical, reasonable, and customer friendly. I would highly recommend Bio Pro Restoration for any needs you might have with regard to water damage restoration and mold remediation.
