Starbucks arrived to fill a big gap in the market, and during the few years it's been opened, it's managed to become the town's #1 meeting point, always FULL of young people, including many moms with small kids, so be prepared to either be bumped by a stroller or meet the occasional tiny escape artist toddling to your table to say hi. By the way, there is another Starbucks that precedes this one, upstairs in the train station by platform 3, usually much quieter, in case you don't feel like battling the crowds. Free Wi-Fi, comfy inside seating, good coffee and teas, rather nice outside seating, clean bathrooms, smiley (although often overworked) baristas and everything else you've come to expect from Starbucks.

That's where, at least java-wise, this place falls short of the mark. Props to the young gal who served us. She was so very nice. I'd like to pay for her to go to barista training school. The owner is a friendly and knowledgeable person, which is very important to me when it comes to coffee and tea shops. After all, you're most likely going there to relax and enjoy a great coffee, aren't you? Thus, I can strongly recommend a visit to this lovely place if you are on a stroll through the old city of Zug! For my part, I am definitely going to visit Bob's food store again in the future, be it for the delicious mountain milk ice cream or for the exquisite coffee!

We haven't found any other tea store (even in New York) with such an interesting selection of teas and such friendly, knowledgable staff. Try their herbal mixes.
