At one point while doing physical therapy, not knowing how many times to do the exercises at home, I was doing them way too many times. When I told Dr. Brock about the number of times I was doing the exercises, he got upset with me, and instructed me to only do them 2 to 3 times a day and no more. The fact that he got upset with me really, REALLY impressed me. That told me that he cares for his patients. Every other doctor I have been to, literally, if given the same circumstances, would have simply told what to do, and that's it. Don't get me wrong, he didn't chew me out, but the look on his face and the tone of his voice showed me that he really does care for his patients. Not only am I extremely impressed with Dr. Brock himself, but also everyone who works there. They treat me like family and make me feel welcome every time I show up for an appointment. I will always strongly recommend Dr. Brock to anyone who is in need of medical care.

Well it would be nice for someone to communicate that with the patient in the office who as the time got longer and longer becomes more and more anxious......or the person sitting outside with the car running wasting gas.
