We ae very pleased with our model 9900 SGD XO DG CS36 white patio door with legacy painted handle…read more(feels like smooth baked on enamel and the flip lock is easier for arthritic hands to operate), glass breakage warranty, Argon gas filled panels and stainless-steel track. The keyed-lock flip handle is so much easier to operate than the lock on our previous patio door. We had to replace the rollers on our previous other-brand door several times over 30 years. Having the Thermal Windows Inc lifetime limited warranty which will cover the rollers being replaced, if necessary, is a real comfort as husband is no longer able to make those kinds of repairs. It took nearly 3 months to get the custom-made door built and installed. The door screen was delivered ripped and a tiny part, the Charlie saddle was broken which took another month to replace. It has now been over a month since installation was final and the door operates very smoothly and all components appear top quality. We are happy with door and service. Long term satisfaction is what is important to us.

Thermal Windows replaced the windows in my wife's sitting room a few years back and did a great job…read moreat a very reasonable price. So I called them again in January to set up replacement of four additional windows. The windows were installed yesterday, and I could not be more pleased with the result. The windows are excellent quality with superior double locking systems and look great. The installation, performed by two very polite and personable young men, was done quickly and efficiently with a thorough cleanup before leaving. I'm really glad I called Thermal again. If I need any additional windows or doors in the future, Thermal will be my only call. Thank you!

Redbud replaced the siding on my gables and painted my house. They did an extraordinary job…read morehanging the siding and a superb job at painting the siding, the trim on my house, and my front and back doors. The paint was solid and they did not get a drop of paint on anything else. (I mean that painting is beautiful.) Lane, from Redbud, did everything he could to make sure I was happy with their work. He made sure everyone did their job and that all materials were available for the workers. Lane even appeared in court for me as I had requested. I have never experienced such good work from a company in my 22 years of homeownership. I recommend that anyone in need of siding, gutters, and/or panting work contact Redbud Home Performance Solutions at (405) 602-4302. I promise, you will be pleased. I am as happy as a lark.

It took about an hour and I waited in their "waiting room". It was dirty, cluttered, and unimpressive. Also their employees were loud and cussing in front of my son. Regardless, I'm still leaving 5 stars because of the excellent price and quick service.

Pamela C. I had a much different experience with Billy Cobb…read more I hired Cobb Roofing to remove and replace my roof in January 2025, he was referred to me by an older gentleman who I trust. The job was finished within a week, Billy was paid approximately half early and final payment when or before he finished the job for a total of $23,600.00. A lien was filed on my house in April in the amount of $8,122.70, unfortunately he didn't pay the material supplier, I'm not sure about the labor. Billy has repeatedly lied to me for 18 months about taking care of this. My advice from personal experience is he is a liar who cheats his suppliers and customers. By the way the gentleman whose referral I trusted was extremely disappointed in him by this story.

Sabastian's customer service was an all time worst experience for me…read more I ordered an iron door months ago, had to pay upfront since it was custom. They told a string of lies about why it took 2x longer than they estimated. The door came in damaged, lies continued until they accidentally sent me a picture. They begged me to come see it which I reluctantly agreed and now they're completely ghosting me. Avoid at all costs!
