The…read moreowner, Ben, showed up at our building at 5:30pm, less than 24 hours before our second treatment, to confirm the date as 1 day later than the previously mentioned. When we expressed concern, as this is a huge undertaking (upending the entire unit, boxing up everything, re-homing our pets etc.) and had to scramble to rearrange our plans. He also bad-mouthed one of the tenants for not being able to be treated on the new date, as he was unable to re-home his dog for the day. Simply put - don't give less than 24 (realistically, barely 12 hours if you factor in overnight/sleep time) and then get mad at the tenants for not being able to comply with YOUR scheduling issue. In an effort to prevent this sort of thing happening on treatment #3, we contacted the office 3 days prior to and confirmed date/time. I also spoke with Ben via text personally the day before, and he confirmed the appointment. The next day, nobody ever showed up. I contacted the office, who had Ben call me and he told me "he forgot" and could come tomorrow. We refused service, as we are now out over $150 in gas and kennel fees, not to mention upending and repacking our apartment for no reason. He tried to deflect blame by saying "I go by what the office tells me" - when, in fact, the office confirmed 3 days prior our exact date and time. Do not recommend this business.
