Suzanne Cronin is the BEST chiropractor in the world! She solved what multiple chiropractor and…read moredoctor visits and multiple, unnecessary, ineffective prescriptions could not. I was one of her earliest patients, and a reluctant one--I even left a voicemail saying I don't believe in chiropractors but I'm coming in anyway , because I was at wit's end. After being in pain for over 6 months, I left after the first visit with 60% less pain. The second visit dropped it even more, and shortly after that I was pain free. Now I live in LA, but I still visit Dr. Cronin every time I'm in town. I wish I could clone her.

I have been warned my whole life never to see a chiropractor who doesn't start with an X-ray. Now I…read moreknow why. When I filled out the intake form and it asked why I was seeking chiropractic care I didn't actually know what to say. I had just had a baby, and we bought the family discount pack, so it seemed like a good thing to do. But other than an old shoulder injury I didn't really have any issues. The adjustment from Suzeanne felt violent. I've never experienced an adjustment like that before from the handful of other chiropractors I have seen. And afterwards I was so dizzy that I couldn't drive home for almost an hour. She said it was increased blood flow to my brain after unblocking a restriction (makes sense). But afterwards I had a headache for a week and a half, and this weird catch in my neck that would only resolve if I let my head hang down for a while. My follow-up wasn't for two weeks because we were out of town, and I almost didn't go because of my previous experience. But she came so highly recommended, and I liked her so much personally, that I thought it was worth another try. I at least wanted to discuss my experience with her. The second adjustment wasn't anywhere near as violent, but the headache came back, and I can no longer resolve the catch by hanging my head. Now it's just constant pain. Hopefully this pain will go away at some point. It's been less than a week after the second visit and it took a massage to resolve it the last time (although the massage did not resolve the catch). But what I am mad at myself about is that I took my baby to see her a half dozen times before seeing her myself. Every single time my poor baby was super fussy for the rest of the day or even a couple of days. Suzeanne kept saying "that's not necessarily a bad thing," and I know that's true. But it wasn't a good thing!! Also we noticed no improvements in her reflux or suck. The idea that I might have let her hurt my baby the way that I got hurt is really tough to take. Again, I really liked Suzeanne a lot personally. But at the end of the day, I am in quite a bit of pain now when I wasn't in any before. Shame on me for messing with what wasn't broken I guess.

When they saw my wife was black, it got worse. They should not send any more military people through the VES again. I got the appointment two days before as a last-minute thing and now regret going. The lady I worked with was great, maybe because she didn't work there.

They charged $170+ for X-RAYS ! They never did no X-rays. I went twice after the second time my back started hurting more.I filed a dispute for $172 because the service they gave me I didn't like they didn't do what they said they were going to do never got no X-rays never got the full service I was charged for FALSE ADVERTISING BTW. They changed my Time once on one of my appointments I had called in to go at 11am and when I got there they said " you were scheduled for 9 am" How the fuck am I gonna be scheduled for 9am when I called to change the time !? LET ME MENTION WHEN I WENT THEY HAD A SUB IN THE ACTUAL OWNER WASNT EVEN THERE. ALSO THEY ARE RACIST. The service was a solid -1/10 they had me waiting over 30 minutes in a room, the sub in only took notes to see what he could "adjust". The next time we went in he "adjusted" my back but guess what I'm in more pain than when I went in. Honestly save your money & go to someone else. If you're not caucasian don't even step foot in this place.

I'm sharing this experience years later (my visits were in 2020), but I think it's still relevant…read morefor anyone considering care here. During my time as a patient, my services were abruptly ended following an incident that left me feeling uncomfortable and confused. I was accused of taking and throwing away a billing document belonging to my brother, who had previously been a patient. I denied this, as I had no involvement with his paperwork. At the time, the office had Easter decorations and eggs placed around the front desk area, including near where the document had been sitting. It seemed very possible that it was accidentally moved or knocked down by someone else, but despite this, I was pulled mid-session into a private office and questioned about it. I was told the concern was about trust and patient information, and shortly after, my care was discontinued. While I understand the importance of privacy, the situation felt handled in a way that was uncomfortable and disproportionate, especially given the lack of clear evidence. Additionally, during X-rays taken that same visit, I was instructed to adjust my posture immediately before the images were captured, which made me uneasy and raised questions for me in hindsight about how imaging was being used. This review isn't meant to make claims about intent or outcomes, and others may have had positive experiences. I'm sharing this for transparency, as professionalism, communication, and trust are important factors when choosing a healthcare provider.

They won't even touch you without an X-Ray, and explain step by step where your alignment and subluxations are in terms anyone can understand. 12 weeks later I feel better than ever, can move with ease, and there hasn't been any pain or numbness since it left in week 2. My mobility has me back rock climbing and power lifting. Eric is hilarious and will make you laugh while he gets you were you want to be. Jonathon, Rudy, and Nicole are angels and make you feel a part of the family as they take time to get to know you while they help you through the process. Can't recommend them any higher. I made an appointment here after being highly recommended this practice in particular by my midwife to try and get aligned/make sure I was aligned to try and get labor to begin, or in the least to help things go smoothly once labor did begin. I've been told Dr Gunn does have plenty of experience with pregnant people and i was grateful for that. It was easy to call and schedule an appointment, they do have some weird hours on Wednesday I believe, but they are open some evenings so it was nice to have that option. The office was fairly easy to find and get to, it's located in a strip mall type building. The office was clean when I arrived. I had some paperwork to do and paid the fee for 1 alignment which was only $35. (It is definitely more cost effective to do a bundle deal if you plan to be back several times, I wasn't sure if I would be back as this was my first experience with a chiropractor ever). The alignment went well as far as I know haha, there were some limitations as I was 39 weeks pregnant at the time, but Dr Gunn was accommodating to that. It sounded like he prefers to see pregnant people a few times during their pregnancy for best results, but he definitely did what he could. I did some stretching and he used the massage gun on me as well. The room felt like there was enough space, but small enough to feel private. He was very professional and because it was my first time at a chiropractor, I really appreciated him explaining exactly what he was going to do and how it would help/why he was doing it. If I ever need chiropractic care again, I would not hesitate to return!
