I paid them $1,990.00 for 2 loads to the dump, I felt financially raped by them but I was stuck, so whatever. They forgot 1 closet with a few boxes and some items of clothing. They did go back to clean out the closet but wanted to hold me hostage and wanted to charge me another $175.00. I refused to be raped again and told them to return the items back in the closet because I wasn't going to pay them. They never said that there would a additional charge for what they forgot. What did they do? They threw the items in the garage and left. Not very professional at all. Thank you for nothing ! ! !

Midwest Moving was very communicative from the moment we reached out to them. Their quote was…read morereasonable; however, I was fairly certain that they had underestimated the time, which they had. I believe they charge you from the time they leave their facility until the time they return, so keep that in mind when estimating your own cost and keep careful track of when they come and go so that you don't get charged more as that almost happened to us. Their employees were friendly and polite and arrived within the timeframe they had promised. We had three guys show (instead of the two that were expected). They moved the furniture fairly quickly as we had a tight window to complete the move on both ends. Unfortunately, there were a couple of items (an electric fireplace and a shelf that we are aware of thus far) that we discovered had minor damage, so be sure to wrap everything carefully that you really care about. They also forgot to bring some of the bolts for the bed frame (which we discovered later) and their drill from the first location, so my husband had to drive back to original house to let them in. Despite these few issues, we were happy to have movers who actually showed up when promised and did what they said they were going to do. We would absolutely consider using them again.

They also went back and picked up scraps of metal and the bumper/scraps and raked up all the glass. John and his helper were so friendly and professional and had a can-do attitude.
