I used this company in January and they did not live up to the reputation. As soon as the movers…read moreshowed up, they started complaining about how much they had to move. They kept telling each other things like "we're only here for 2 hours, then we're gone" with me standing right there. After they were "done" loading the truck after 3 1/2 hours, the back half of the truck was poorly packed, not even to half the height of the truck, so we had to rent an additional U-Haul to move the rest of our stuff, which is a first. They put boxes clearly marked as heavy on top of fragile boxes, and some of our belongings were destroyed. I tried to make this right ever since the move, but they have been useless. Now the owner, Ricky, has completely ghosted me and is avoiding my calls. Pitiful experience.

I used Bin There Dump That to clean out my parents house and storage area at their home. This company was very helpful and very quick to respond with any questions we had. The front loading dumpster allowed us all access to roll in wheelbarrows or stack items in the bin. The driver was very intentive to drop off instructions and called to verify exact location. I was absolutely pleased with all aspects of this business transaction and recommend anyone who needs this service to use them. The price was also very affordable. Every company I called in Columbus wanted $500/600 for a dumpster. I find this price ridiculous however, been there dump that! Got me all squared away for half that cost. Thank you so much Nicole for having excellent customer service skills and for being friendly, reliable, and most of all economical. read more

This company was outstanding. They stayed in touch with us to assure no confusion. The delivery was done on time and placed in our difficult driveway. Loading was easy because of doors on the dumpster. It was clean and painted a lovely green. I would use them again. read more
