I filled out the online appointment form and received a reply offering a pick-up time about 4 hours later. I thought that was great, and then after only 2.5 hours, I received a call from the driver stating they were running ahead of schedule and could come then. I was thrilled but they probably weren't because Georgia Power showed up a few minutes before Junk South arrived so they had to dodge around 3-4 bucket (tree-trimming) trucks parked on my driveway and roadway. The crew made nothing of the inconvenience of shlepping the couch over landscape beds and lawn to get to their truck. The service was fast, the price was reasonable - you can't go wrong using Junk South. Like their motto says, "RIP (rest in pieces) Junk"

We immediately called because the driver had left right after he did it. The company sent the driver back and to use our hose and to wash it off that that should handle it that it wasn't oil and that it should go away. needless to say it did absolutely nothing to remove it. The company promised us repeatedly that they were coming out to address the situation and said they were always ordering new cleaning supplies to do it each time. Eventually they would come out after dragging it out for days saying that they were sick or they had problems, but it never got better a month into it and my whole road looks like a. Today I asked them to do more and resolve the issues. Let me know exactly what they were going to do and when they were going to do it or that I would call the police and pursue it further and they responded call them again and me an address to respond them for their insurance information and they have not given that the owner repeatedly had told us that he would rectify the situation and make sure that it was completely removed. I am so deeply sad and that I ever had contact with this company and I'm not sure what it's going to take to resolve this issue. They are not honorable and do not stand by their word and when they do something wrong and said they would fix it. We tried to work with them and gave them a month to do so our mistake we should've gotten right on top of them every single day I would give him zero stars if I could, but if you're smart, I don't want your property destroyed.
