Called Tracy as I had already had work done by them several years ago and was happy with what they had done at that time. So gave them a call again with this problem. They showed up took a look at the transformer hanging on the poll across the road saw that it was a little black and told us that we had a tranformer problem and would have to call Norris Electric.
