The ambient is relaxed, ages vary from young children to people in their 60s. The staff is very cool and friendly. The burgers are soo good. I had the trash humper & my boyfriend had the x-lasanha, both were outstanding, the meat, the bread, the sauce. French fries were very good. After dinner, some drinks and some dancing in the backyard. Yes, there is a lot waiting in line and waiting for food and for a table. Everything is worth waiting.

The spring rolls were decent on taste, as much as I could expect for bar food. It was similar to a Thai spring roll with a spicy sweet hot sauce and filled with shiitake, an interesting take. It was quite difficult to eat (no utensils or napkins) and was poorly rolled so it fell apart easily. Nevertheless the flavor was good. They also had an assortment of burgers, which is more of their specialty. The ham and cheese sandwich we tried was great greasy bar food. We were surprised to see the served Brooklyn beer, first time seeing it in Brazil. They conveniently have a lit board that displays the number of the newly prepared order, so one can hang out back and talk until your order is ready. There was a cool art piece in the back, a collage of various photos that was fun to look at.

What a super cool find! The gentleman who owns this speaks English but not so important because I'm…read morefluent in Portuguese) but more importantly he definitely has a Texas vibe about him! He makes a great hamburger and french fries, and provides fantastic customer service and ambiance! I found Texans Burguers (the Brazilian way of spelling hamburger!) by accident, driving through the neighborhood on my way to Avenida Das Americas. I was going to pick my girlfriend up and come back to the apartment and I knew we'd be hungry late at night. So I stopped and talked to the gentleman and got a feel for his place, and I was impressed. We got back a few hours later and chilled out, ate a great meal and enjoyed the music and laughed on his patio as if it were our own! It's a permanent food truck with a great, big parking lot and wonderful patio covered by a permanent tent / canopy. He also has a very clean bathroom building. Decorations are fun and engaging and create a great feeling and relaxed environment. Adding to all of this, the owner plays excellent, American country music! The prices are reasonable, not to inexpensive but not expensive. On my second visit, my colleague / friend and I both ordered hamburger meals with french fries. The owner took his time and really prepared delicious, juicy burgers with very nice quality meat. We watched him delicately place them on fluffy, tall, golden buns. Perfectly fresh vegetable condiments were added. French fries were perfectly made and hot. My friend and I sat peacefully beneath the canopy chatting and enjoying our meal for at least an hour. It really is such a pleasant place to be and right in the middle of a residential neighborhood. I hope this Texas-loving Brazilian and his restaurant will have a long life in this location! It is definitely worth a visit!

They have a selection of Brooklyn beers which is nice if you're tired of Heineken. The fries were pretty crispy which was a nice since it can be harder to find. Their custom BBQ sauce was pretty good and that's probably what makes this burger special. The spicy sauce had a kick to it but not spicy enough for hot sauce lovers. This place is tiny! One big table inside, a few patio tables outside and the smallest of awnings if it rains. There were about 3 ladies who were busing the tables, they did not assist anyone is setting up a table or grabbing chairs and instead kept folding them away the closer it crept to 11pm, their closing time. They were already putting up the roll down doors over the place as they took the last order of the night. No need to stay open a little later since business is good even in the rain. Ps. officina del gelato is opening right next store!

If you plan to go with a big group, there is seating outside (just hope for good weather). Inside, there are only seats for 10 people max (and its tight). so the burger: like Beco do Hamburger, they have two types of burgers: Hells Burger (made of beef rib meat patty) and Fifty-Fifty (half beef rib and half smoked bacon patty). I had the Fifty-Fifty and it was good. Had a bacon crust and a good serving, with melted cheese on top. if you are a fan of lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions and other garnish on your burger, this isn't the place for you. their burgers are simple and straight forward. They have two types of sauces ( Voodoo Barbecue and So Hot Its stupid), we didn't really see a big difference between the two sauces, and their Hot sauce, isn't really spicy (according to my spicy food addict friends). Their fries are traditional simple fries (on the thicker end, not skinny ones like McDonalds) but good. They had a special 2 for 1 beer special for the Brooklyn Stouts. Overall it was a good experience. If I am in the area and craving a burger, I'd probably stop by. But, is it a top favorite? I'd say I prefer the Beco do Hamburger ones better. But, go to Hells and give them a try!
