My spouse had to take NITRO after the way we were treated by this person by being talked down to as if we are a nobody. My spouse had recently had a massive heart attack and was not well. We expressed this to the Dr as my spouse ran out the door . A Dr friend had recommended him and they were SHOCKED when my family member explained their experience . We were denied to go sit with this family member even though they requested me. That family member sensed something and was nervous. That family members feels were belittled and they were humiliated. Many times my family member had to tell HIM to turn down the gas that it was TO MUCH as they were having a hard time keeping eyes open and felt like they did not have enough oxygen. A few times he hurt the arm to wake up my family member who was out of it. My adult family member had they had nightmares and was fearful we would go back to this Dr. We just happened to be Oklahoma on a family emergency and every time we visit Oklahoma we remember this place and this ordeal. The only think I can say that is nice about this Dr office was the staff. They were very nice. The Dr... the way he acted towards us all. HELLISH NIGHTMARE!! But, with all the sincerity I can muster, I mean what I just said: he changed my life for the better. Dr. Bass specializes in cosmetic dentistry, and after a quick Google search when I was contemplating getting veneers in 2005, I found his Web site, read all about him and quickly made an appointment - right on his site! Every person in his office is helpful and friendly. Tonya, the office manger, is the best around. You always feel welcome there. In fact, when I first stepped foot inside his office, there was a small flyer that read, "Welcome to the family, Alicia." (Or something like that). Plus, there's always snacks and little juices to tide you over - or grab on the way out. And if you need further proof of his success stories, you can pick up a photo album and look through the Before and After photos of real patients. So, why did I pick Dr. Bass? I wanted to fix the gap in my front teeth that had caused so much insecurity in my life. I was always so reluctant to smile. Now, however, I smile as much as I can. In fact, I don't hesitate to break out in the cheesiest smiles, for my teeth look incredible! "You have one of the prettiest smiles I've ever seen," a friend told me recently. "Thank you," I said, "I better have. I paid for it." I took him up on his offer and have never regretted it. Going to see Dr. Bass and having my teeth fixed was one of the best choices of my life. I had 2 C-sections (2015 & 2018), was married, and had a family history of diabetes from my father side. I also had a mid-late aged man's drivers license in my chart. I know this because the initial MA I saw physically moved her laptop to face me, so I could see this as she thought it was "funny". 2 other MA's would also come in and out over the course of getting my vitals, manually entering my actual medical history and dismissing me from the appt. It was by far the strangest appointment I've ever had of any kind. As a health center manager, I was quite shocked at what I experienced. If you're looking for quality in the management of your health, I'd keep looking elsewhere.

We're delighted to have such a talented, capable doctor and her talented team so close to our house, but it is worth a drive for an easy-going pediatrician who goes out of her way to make sure I'm not super stressed about the little things (a bout of diaper rash or a little cold) but have all the support I need on the big things (breastfeeding, vaccinations, etc.). She is a mom of four, so she has a lot of valuable insights for a busy working mom. We also love Amy and Jennifer on the office staff, and Dr. Lindenau's main nurse, Ashley. She is just as important to our experience as Dr. L, and she is a wonderful nurse. She's very good at her job, equally great with kids and parents, and we just really like her bedside manner. They've been able to get us in quickly the two times we've needed to be seen so far for something other than regularly-scheduled appointments. Most recently when I called, they got me in within an hour to see the NP, which was all we needed and worked perfectly for us. The other reason to go here is they are affiliated with Children's Hospital, which is clearly the hospital of choice for young children in OKC. Meaning, Junie's pediatrician would have privileges at Children's should we need that for any reason. I hope we don't need that, but it is a good think to think about just in case. I like to think this will Juniper's doctor until she's in college!

He always knows exactly how to reassure me and my mom when we have questions , he's also my 4 year old cousins doctor and he loves him ! I can't recommend Dr Jackson enough ! He's great and he's a Christian so if your looking for a good Christian doctor for your child , you've come to the right place .
