Well, I was planning for this boat trip- I forgot to include myself. Some guy working made a comment and said someone has to go home because I have 11 people and didn't provide solutions. He scolded me for not paying attention. However, we had two people rent our a dingy which in hindsight- if he would've mentioned that then they would make more money-- instead of scolding my group for having ONE extra person. Also! Book ahead when getting a boat! They fill up fast and when I called about the weather looking like it might lightening and thundering-- they were not concerned and said I could reschedule but they don't have many weekends. I'd suggest they be more willing work with people on weather and to remind people on protocols such as 10 people and offering solutions.

I enjoyed the Whispering Hills RV Park and its location. There are full hook-up sites, a swimming…read morepool, a lake, basketball, bark park, bar, picnic tables, and a playground with giant blow ups for the kids to enjoy. There are plenty of places around the park to just sit and enjoy a book. Some sites offer fires, but ours didn't. There are two laundry locations, but they only have a few washers and dryers. That's not enough when the park has 230 sites. Expect to wait for one to open. You do have a picnic table, but it's time to repair them. They did add in their flyer to call if you have an issue with your picnic table. You mow and clean up your site after someone stays, so you should already see any table issues. When I get to a site I've already spent many hours driving and don't want to call with any issues. I want to set up, relax, and enjoy the amenities. The property is very clean and well managed. They have an employee take you to your site and assist you in pulling in. We would definitely stay here again!!

One of the better bark parks of all the campsites we've visited - separate area for small and large dogs. There is some noise from the nearby interstate. The only things we did not enjoy - MANY late arrivals every single night made for a lot of noise late in the evening. The park needs to place more signs for the 10 mph speed limit AND enforce it. There were too many cars rolling way too fast in the park. There are kids, people!! If I wasn't paying attention to one driver, she would have hit me - driving too fast and on her phone. Not the sites fault but a lot of rude campers - starting their big diesel rigs in the early morning and late night (not sure why, they didn't move anywhere). People walking through our site. And the morning before I left, the dude in the next campsite was sitting at our picnic table talking on his mobile when I walked out my door. And he didn't even acknowledge me

A crazy staff member will roll up to you on a golf cart and call you a liar even though you have never seen him before. Then when you try and ask what hes talking about he drives away. Their online portal to buy tickets is way more difficult than it needs to be. It would be way better if they just weren't there and the way we paid could be a donation box sitting on a post. Yes, that would be a better system. These people are nuts. 1 star because the staff sucks
