See what you make of this..I posted this review on their website but the entire link for Reviews disappeared either that night or the next day along with all the others..."Should be option for Zero stars...Ordered blinds for most of the house. Problems with 4 out of 7 blinds. One had the cord opening to the wrong side, one had slats with marks on them, one couldn't be opened/closed properly because of the mechanism and one had the wrong length of cord. I also had a conversation with Aisling between all this that if replacements were not going to come in on time for the Fri that the fitter said he would come back would she call to let me know so that I could let the person waiting in my house go, but the Fri came and went NO ONE showed up and NO PHONE call... I called Aisling again to ask what had happened who then said she had either mis understood what I meant or that is not what was agreed...Ive got to challenge that as I did repeat on my initial call with her that IF the reordered blinds didn't come in on time would she call me. Just to add to pain, when the fitter eventually did come out with the reordered blinds the hall one yet again was still the wrong length cord mechanism wise.. Fitter guy said "Aye I'll let the office know and Aisling will call you next week... that was on the 9th Sept.... this is the 21st Sept.. Ive given up. Will not waste another phone call chasing or another day in the house for this. BEYOND POOR SERVICE. but lightening quick to come out/quote/get money". read more
