I had the pleasure of having Dr. Kenfield as my OB-Gyn and I have to say when it comes time for Dr.'s that have seen over the years She is one that I truly trust and do not feel judged when I have questions or concerns. Long story short she referred me to Dr. Sironi (also at the same facility) for a procedure, and I have to say He is Truly the best! I may not be able to speak for the office as a whole but these two I would refer to anyone! read more

First off, the women at the front desk are extremely rude, they need to do service skill classes or something, that or just get a different job that they actually care about. Secondly, the doctors here are careless, egocentric, and think they know your body better than you do when you're the one living in it. Do not go here if you want "help" or "care", because you won't find it here, I strongly don't recommend. read more

Billings OBGYN seems very unconcerned with my second pregnancy with them. they made us wait twelve weeks to even be seen and at the time of our appointment (no text message reminders although I'm apparently opted in for them) told us we were an hour later than scheduled. And although we had a 3:00 appointment with the OB they in no way worked with us to see the doctor or get any labs done. They then rescheduled us SIX more weeks out which would put us at 18 weeks before seeing our OB. I am so unhappy with the care or concern of our pregnancy and will be looking for care elsewhere. There was no accountability taken for it being their fault for telling us the incorrect time. read more

I had a horrible experience with Dr.Bates. Our first few appointments together were fine and she just seemed like a nice doctor until i turned down the Tdap shot and her response was very ugly. She looked and me and said "so you would be okay with watching your baby struggling to breathe and hooked up to a ventilator?".... using scare tactics and bullying a first time mom just trying to make the right decisions is beyond wrong. i have my own reasons for not getting that shot that i wont get into in my review but she wasn't even interested in having a conversation, just forced her opinion on me very unprofessionally. Since then i've switched to the midwifes at St.Vs and am far happier. besides my bad interaction with Dr.Bates that day she was also never on top of communicating with me and made it obvious i was not important. She reached out to me about my glucose test results 1 week later! and never responded to an urgent question i had, after i had called the office trying to reach her for days. You need to feel cared for by your doctor, save yourself some time and stress and do not see her. read more

This was quite honestly the most impersonal doctors office I've ever been to. When I finally spoke with my OB I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Ezell was wonderful, but that was the end of my wonderful experience and the last time I saw my actual doctor. After that, I was herded like cattle, shuffled from room to room at rah appointment. I was given medication and vague instructions by his assistant. When I called back she reprimanded me for not calling on the correct day. She begrudgingly set up an ultrasound. The ultrasound appointment was awful, I was so excited and the experience was the opposite. The technician was one of the most unkind healthcare "professionals" I've ever worked with. She was rude, cold and aloof. The doctor have instructions to a nurse who then played telephone with other staff to rely the message to me. I left with yet more medication. I was not told about possible side effects or anything else. The side effects were so horrid my husband begged me to stop taking them. I never called back and they never noticed. The icing was when I received the bill. I have wry comprehensive insurance and their bill stated my insurance denied the claim. My insurance never even received a submission of the bill. Needless to say I will be finding an alternative facility from now on. read more
