BEWARE! Very unprofessional. I rented a waterslide and slip and slide for our family reunion. After…read moresigning the contract I contacted them to let them know I wasn't able to pay the deposit online because their website wasn't working. They messaged back saying our reservations were confirmed and would collect payment upon arrival. WELL.... 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive they CANCELLED because I 'didn't make the deposit'. When I reminded him of our previous conversation he finally came clean and said it actually had nothing to do with the deposit, but that they didn't have a crew to deliver the slides and he was 'out of town'. He didn't know until 30 minutes before the event that he didn't have a delivery crew?! Give me a break. He offered to bring it 5 hours late but it was supposed to storm and he only offered $100 off. He didn't care one bit that he ruined our reunion. Even sent me the link to his page so I could leave a bad review. Needless to say I was livid Don't trust this company, they'll ruin your party.

Hi people!! Okay so we went here for like 2 hours and it was pretty fun…read more So we got there and the floor of the women's bathroom was very dirty and needed to be mopped. No changing room just dirty bathroom with trash all over. The Lilly pads were broke and the kids were really bummed. My 2 daughters went down the purple slide and they said it was really fun and wish they could've gone for hours! The orange slide was an adventure and my eldest daughter loved it. The wave pool was really boring and we waited there for like five minutes before any waves happened but like whatever. But yeah it was okay! We won't be back for a while but it was pretty fun!
