The concierge at the hotel told me about this place and I ended up walking here to do a load of laundry. Like most things in Oslo it's relatively expensive to do a load of washing at 95k and drying for 85k. It's still way cheaper than the alternatives in this town. The machines are good and all work well. You can also pay by credit card at the wall machine. Free wifi is available and the code is stuck to the wall next to the payment machine. All in all a decent place to get your laundry done in town. read more

As a tourist in need of laundering clothes, Billig worked well. The machines are a bit confusing, but the proprietor was very helpful. The prices seem high, but are low compared to hotel laundry service. Laundromats are not plentiful in downtown Oslo. In all, I am happy to recommend Billig Vask & Rens. read more

When you're on the road you still need to take care of your laundry. The staff here are friendly and helpful. There's free wifi and you don't need to mess around with change to use this laundry. The man at the laundry helps give you powder, starts the machines, and dryers and then you pay at the end. Bring cash as they don't take credit. There is an ATM about a three minute walk away. There are comfortable chairs to use while you wait. It cost us $110 krone in a taxi from the central station to get here. read more

We were traveling trough Europe and utilized this laundry service offered through a hotel in Oslo. The hotel staff warned us that the laundry service was expensive, but not criminally expensive! The hotel gave us a photocopy of a brochure that showed the washed laundry prices which didn't seem too bad. We sent them about 30 pieces of laundry, just socks and underwear which they dry cleaned instead of washed. They also adhered these annoying ID stickers to each piece of laundry. Although everything was clean and nicely folded, the bill came out to be over $450 USD ($3700 NOK). I could have bought new clothes for that much! They hold the monopoly of laundry business in Oslo, so I guess they feel entitled to take advantage of tourists. read more

Staff, more specifically an asian lady in her twenties, is extremely rude!! Absolutely did not offer any help on how to use the electronic machine paying system but also, when asked about how long the programme takes, and if I can also buy detergent, replied to these normal questions with the biggest look of contempt I have ever seen. Would rate it with 1 star hadn't it been for the price which is not too bad considering how expensive Oslo is. Will definitely NOT come back. read more

They are charged us 240nok/kg for wash, dry and fold. Their website shows its express delivery charge for 150nok/kg for wash,dry and fold. If you have more kgs of clothes, they are very expensive. Fold was good. But still very expensive and cheated. We paid 2000nok for 8 kgs including delivery to hotel which is too much expensive. read more

This laundry did a great job for our tour group. They came to our hotel to pick up our bags of washing and delivered it back to the hotel fresh and clean and neatly folded the next day....and at a much cheaper rate than could be done through the hotel. Laundry services can be difficult to find throughout Scandinavia and it is more expensive than in other parts of Europe but this one is a very good service in Oslo. read more

A rare laundromat in Oslo that is also conveniently located near the major tourist belt of Karl Johans Gate. It costs about 70-90 NOK to wash (depending on size of the load) and another 90 NOK to dry. The lady can help transfer the laundry from the washer to the dryer and even fold them for an additional 50 NOK. That way, you don't have to wait at the laundromat and instead go check out the excellent National Gallery or Museum of Design, both of which are within 5 minutes walking distance. read more

Everything in Oslo is expensive,including doing your laundry. Our hotel recommended this place & it was much cheaper then having the hotel do our 10 days of laundry. Place is nice with free wifi.
