Die Schmand-Specksauce scheint wirklich frisch zubereitet zu sein. Das ist die Empfindung geschmacklich und in der Speisenkarte stehen bei dem Gericht auch keine Zahlen !! Man muss hier klar sagen: 125g mit Salat und Pommes sind ausreichend. Das Essen kam zügig, war nicht warm sondern heiß, was besonders unseren Frauen gefallen hat :-) und die Pommes nicht überfettet. Der Salat in extra Schalen, was mir persönlich zusagt. Gesessen haben wir sehr bequem. Zu erwähnen wäre noch die überaus freundliche, immer zu einem Scherz aufgelegte Bedienung. We live in SF area and are used to authentic Vietnamese food and wanted to eat something different for a change. While I can't say I have ever had breaded chicken at a Vietnamese restaurant in the SF bay area, they really did a great job. It wasn't dry at all. It was crunchy and crispy. Yummo! The mango curry with duck was 2nd best. For the four of us, it costs $38 Euros (that included a beer and 2 waters). We would definitely come back here again to eat.
