By no means is this a 5 star hotel. At least not anymore. That's life…read more
First, the customer service was mid at best.
Then everything went downhill from there.
So here's a list:
1-I've never had a 2 coffee pod limit per day at any hotel but here it was stated and enforced, rude!
2-The room was dark and all the light switches were falling apart.
3-Not enough towels, por que?! The amount of water outside of the shower was not contained by the bath mat, so much for saving the planet.
4-The toilet barely flushed. In our New Yorker spirit, we removed the top and played with the chain, and left it topless, leading to a better flushing experience.
*The only highlight was that the bed was comfy and thankfully clean.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel but maybe it was just our luck so beware of room 11.
The coconut ceviche though!
One of the best things that I have ever eaten.
Go upstairs and eat that. I'd go back just for it and a massage around the block, that was heavenly at RADIANZA Studio, divino.
Grounding at the labyrinth was nice.
