I reserved bikes over the phone, was sent link to pay and sign waiver, they sent pick of bike numbers and lock code. Drove and parked car there (easy parking access) unlocked bikes and rode away for 4 hours. Rode up and down scenic gulf drive, stopped for ice cream, stopped by our condo, then rode back to rental place and returned bikes, drove to dinner. (You can do 2hrs, 4hrs, 24hrs etc. They also have drop offs). Bikes were new, comfy and ride very easily, nice combo locks included, we got a basket on one of them. Prices were very reasonable!! We will only rent from Runaway Rentals in the future!

All…read moreemployees wearing masks as well After reading reviews in the area, and picking between Fantasea Scooters and Coastal we settled on Coastal due to slightly better reviews and less issues w deposits. We did a two hour rental 49cc engine (two of us on scooter) and had no problems w payment ($49--w$100 deposit addtl that we received confirmation or credit immediately after returning). Scooter rode well and got us all around the coastal area for a couple of hours. Concerning was the condition of the scooter. First one picked for us the engine wouldn't stay running at idle, so she switched it for another. That one would stay running, but right mirror was missing, right turn signal did not work, seat was very worn and coming apart near the seam, and the left handle was held together w electrical tape. With all the talk about deposits, you would think the units would be repaired. Ours made some noises, but did get us from point A to point B. The scooters at the other place looked to be in better shape as we drove by, but not sure about customer service (which was really good here)

The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the best places to standup paddle board - whether you're a beginner or experienced. The store is easily accessible and I had zero issues getting to the location via GPS. The paddle boards are high quality, very stable, lightweight for the carry in/out, and come equipped with everything you need. The staff is incredibly friendly, courteous, professional, helpful...really I can't say enough good things about them. I would hands down, without a doubt, go back and rent from them again the next time I'm in the area.
