unfortunately, i had a very bad experience with CICLA. i left my bike for service, did not need it…read moreready for three weeks, so the store took some time to start. the third week, the store told me bike was going to be ready wednesday, so i agreed to pick it up thursday at 4pm. i was there at 4:15pm, and the bike was not ready and some things were missing, including the new pedals and the bar tape i requested. more than the delay or the things missing, what really upset me was the attitude of the person that works at the store. Her name is Angelica, she was defensive, negative, passive agressive, blaming me, accepting zero responsibility. becasue of the items not done, the store owed me money, but the attitude was so bad that i just left the store and will never come back. on the other side, the work done on the bike maintenance was very good. its sad to see such bad service on a samll shop.
