Very appreciative of that!! On to the experience! My guide, Tom, arrived right on time and picked me up in front of my hotel. He kindly provided me with cold water and a helmet for the ride. From there, we spent the next hour and a half perusing the streets of Old San Juan in a stylish sidecar! (So much better than sitting in a cramped, sweaty van with 15/20+ others!‍) You get to cruise the cobblestone streets with the open air/breeze in your face feeling, as well as getting unobstructed, 360 degree views- it is AMAZING! There were many historic sights to see, along the way. Tom was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Puerto Rico- I learned quite a bit in just an hour and a half! As we zipped around Old San Juan, Tom also pointed out some cool local eateries to check out, as well as places to shop. When you reach some of the destinations, you're able to jump out, take some photos and enjoy the views. I highly recommend PR Sidecars! You will enjoy and amazing ride, see some of the beautiful sights Puerto Rico has to offer and learn a thing or two along the way!

With PR Sidecars you don't need a week in PR they will show you the hidden gems in hours. What an experience I will remember for a lifetime!! Our guide took all our pics, educates us on the city, recommended restaurants ((amazing)) and showed us places only tourist could reach. VIP Adventures is such a fun spot for water activities in Puerto Rico -- they've got everything…read morefrom snorkeling to kayaking, and the prices are super fair for what you get. It's an easy way to spend a day in the sun without breaking the bank. The only hiccup was during check-in. I was told to head to the back for the "dos and don'ts" of snorkeling, but when I found the staff member, he just said, "yeah, you snorkel on the other side of the bay," and pointed behind him. No safety rundown, no directions, nothing. I ended up going back inside, and thankfully another staff member stepped in and got me set up properly. Once I was out in the water, though, it was beautiful -- calm, clear, and full of marine life. Overall, a great experience with just a small bump in the beginning. I'd definitely return.

While in Puerto Rico, my daughter and I booked a kayaking tour with VIP Adventures, and it turned…read moreout to be an awesome experience. They ask that you arrive about 15 minutes early, and when we got there, most of the staff greeted us inside the storefront before directing us out back to the kayaking area. For belongings, they give you two options: you can pay $5 for a locker with a key, or you can leave your things in the storage bins out back where someone is always present. I wasn't completely comfortable with the bins, but the staff reassured me that nothing had ever happened to guests' belongings. I decided to take the chance, left my bag there with cash inside, and thankfully, everything was safe and untouched when we returned. Our instructor was Kyler and he was amazing. He was patient, informative, and honestly did most of the work steering our kayak since my daughter kept getting frustrated and turning us in the wrong direction. Kyler shared a lot of history about the Condado Lagoon, pointing out landmarks, statues, and explaining the local marine life--what's there, what isn't, and why motorboats aren't allowed. The way back was more challenging because of the wind, so this time it was up to us to paddle. I ended up doing most of it (patting myself on the back here), and by the time we finished, I was completely soaked from the back--no idea how that happened, but it was all part of the adventure. We wrapped up after about an hour, grabbed our belongings, and everything was still there. Overall, it was such a fun and memorable experience for both my daughter and I.

Our experience was terrible from start to finish…read more We reserved luggage storage from approximately 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. When we arrived, the employee immediately told us--very rudely--that he wasn't supposed to be open because it was Father's Day and planned to leave around 2:00 p.m. We explained that the business hours online showed they were open until around 7:00-7:40 p.m. He responded by saying we shouldn't rely on what the app says because he's been having issues with it. That's not the customer's responsibility. We booked based on the hours that were advertised. He then told us we had to pick up our luggage by 5:00 p.m., even though we had already paid for storage until 5:30 p.m., and suggested we take our bags somewhere else. Since we didn't want to waste time finding another location, we decided to leave our luggage there. There were four of us, and we each checked in our bags individually. When one of my friends went to check hers in, he told her, "Don't test me." We were all shocked by how rude and unprofessional he was. When I returned around 4:00 p.m. to retrieve my bag, he was sitting behind the desk on his phone. He checked me out and then ironically told me to "have a safe flight." The most upsetting part came after the trip. Several days later, one of my friends unpacked her backpack and discovered that all of her jewelry--including multiple watches and rings--was missing. Before leaving our Airbnb, all four of us specifically checked to make sure nothing had been left behind, especially valuables. We cannot say with certainty what happened, but the jewelry disappeared while the bag was in this location's care, which is extremely concerning. What made it even worse is that there were no individual lockers or secure storage. Instead, all of our luggage was left out in the open along the side of the front desk, where anyone could potentially access it. That level of security is unacceptable for a business that is trusted with customers' personal belongings. Between the rude customer service, inaccurate business hours, and serious concerns about the security of our belongings, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
