Dave and the staff are hands down the BEST BIKE SHOP IN THE CITY!!! I had a small hiccup with their service when I brought my bike there to get a yearly tune-up. I emailed Dave and he fixed the problem and went above and beyond to send me on my way happy! I never expect a business to be perfect, but I do expect them to correct mistakes when they happen. I've always found the staff helpful, they did some warranty work on my mountain bike I bought in Calgary, which was pretty good considering I didn't even buy it there. They also helped with a lot of obscure parts I needed when I rebuilt a 70's French Peugeot. I had a 70's Sekine road bike's hubs rebuilt there as well. I've always found the staff very helpful. Another fellow was unhappy with these guys over some mechanic pricing, I've always found them to be quite fair. read more

I took my bike in on a Saturday (bought from the store a few years ago) for repair with the expectation of leaving it there for a few days to have it repaired. The fix was very simple so the technician put my bike on a stand while I was there. He did the minor adjustment and sent me on my way five minutes later with no charge. The staff and service folks here are wonderful. I got hit by a truck and they fixed my bike up for free. And it's neat to see them teaching the next generation how to fix bikes. I've bought bikes, parts and had repairs and tune ups done here, and the service and advice have always been great. Can't recommend them highly enough! read more
