I had the worst experience in Celinni.
In the beginning, it was no bad.......the salesperson was nice and we order what we want.
After we paid, the happens had to change big time.
It was just a speechlessly such a lazy and rough service after we paid.
He wanted to engrave a message on the ring, but he did not tell the salesperson in front of me.
Because he wanted surprised for me.
So, after I visited with my fiance to select our ring and paid, he had been contacted the salesperson many times, because the salesperson never replies to my fiance's call nither e-mail.
It was very difficult to reach him.
Almost impossible!
After so many contacts with them, finally, he could able to reach one of the staff.
Finally, my fiance ordered to them that engrave a message on the ring.
The date to pick up our ring.
Our first visited at the time the salesperson who took care of us who was also the same person who never replied to us since then.
In our second visited, he was not there.
And in our second visit, the different salesperson was taking care of us.
I don't know the first salesperson quit or still working there.
My fiance wanted to check the engrave a message on the ring.

At this moment, we got nervous because of this type of lazy and rough service.......
We afraid of we will receive our rings before our wedding.
Plus, we became very worried about the quality of the stones, etc because of that.
Just the way of their service is not comfortable for us so we began to worry about the quality of their product also.....
Well.......the pickup date because of their mistake we could not our rings bring back home.
They promised us to make sure my fiance's message to engrave on the ring then they will deliver to us.
After that, we received a package from them.
Inside the package was only my diamond ring my fiance's ring was not there.
At this moment, we were very upset.
We wanted to cancel everything if we could.
However, we could not because our wedding is coming soon.
We did not have time to change the jeweler at this moment.
We had to contact them again.
Because we already paid the full amount but we don't receive that we order.
After many calls, we could able to reach one of them and we told him that my fiance's ring was missing.
Of course, they apologized to us.
Then they promised to send my fiance's ring ASAP.
My understanding was they said they sending something gift for their apology.
When we received my fiance's ring, in the package was just his ring.
My fiance made comment for true this happens at the one of review.
He wanted other people to let them know the truth.
Suddenly after that, they kept contacting us badly to asking him to remove his comment.
Then my fiance received 200 euros from them.
Really??????
BTY, we spend a lot of money on our rings.
Only 200 euros to remove comments to hide their lazy rough service ?????
