I had my aunt with me, who also needed a chipped tooth repaired, and she is a bit sick and can't move around too fast right now. The staff was beyond accommodating and didn't make her feel "childish", as unfortunately so many other (well meaning) doctors offices have. The cleaning itself was one of the most thorough I've had, but I was particularly impressed with the exam. I'm used to the doctor just walking in the room, glancing at the x rays, touching the teeth with an instrument for about 30 seconds, and then telling his assistant what further treatment to schedule, followed by a "nice to see you" and out of the room she/he goes. Dr. Brusco gave me a true exam - the hands on time was a solid 10 minutes, checking my jaw, bite, teeth, etc. while consulting the X-Rays. He even asked for an additional X- Ray to confirm if treatment would really be necessary on a certain tooth. When I checked out, I was given a thorough treatment plan, that clearly outlined the proposed procedures, cost, expected insurance coverage, and my liability. I proceeded to schedule the additional appointments and was so please at how accommodating they were. Only thing to be aware of - you do pay up front, like literally before they work on you. If you have insurance they verify, and won't charge you the portion of your benefit up front (they assume the insurance company will pay in a timely matter). This isn't a big deal and it makes complete sense to me - they have expenses they must cover too, like any business. Just if you're looking to have extensive work done expecting to be able to pay in portions afterwards, make sure you tell the office beforehand and I'm sure they'll have options that could work with your situation.

My husband was due for a good deal of dental work, including repairing a filling botched by our old dentist. When he came home from the appointment recounting the interesting conversation he had with his hygienist, I knew we had struck gold. He was very pleased to have been given control over how much pain medication he received during treatment because he hates waiting for it to wear off. Plus, after his second appointment, he came home with a bill that was a fraction of what we had paid before. Definitely glad to have found this place. It is so hard to find doctors who make you feel comfortable and charge fair prices for their services. I do wish they would put their new patient forms on the website for convenience, although they were kind enough to mail them to me when asked.

Initially, my first-time patient experience was to find a suitable and reliable dentist/dentistry practice that would actually listen to my concerns (the patient) as to my molar root exposure with severe nerve-related pains that lasted between January 2026 into February 2026. To my surprise, after receiving a first-time patient assessment and dental cleaning, a petite female dentist at this particular practice (did not catch her name) called me out, stating aloud in front of everyone, "You do not go around dentist shopping..." rather than acting professionally in the workforce, having any sort of empathy, actively listening to my concerns (as the patient), and understanding my severe level of pain behind tears. To my utter dismay and shock, I was beyond repulsed. Instead of arguing or talking back to show my frustrations from professional to professional - which I believe was not worth my time or efforts or energy to utter anything at all - I paid my copayment and left. Now, after some months passing, it is time to drop my long-awaited negative review. Thank you much in advance. It matters which individuals are working in a practice, truly.
