First off we are "greeted" by an associate with long blue hair who instantly shoved us off to the men's dept. Yes my daughter needs a larger size HOWEVER she can/does wear a smaller size 11 if needed. A nicer associate with teal hair tried to help us but blue hair kept butting in. I finally got annoyed with her pushing us towards the mens side and informed her that we ordered her last pair from online!! They carry them. We walked out, guess she accomplished what she was trying to do. Oh, good end. I just ordered a pair at Shoe Carnival, yep in a COLOR not black or white. Maybe we will try the mall this weekend and see what they can do.

Told her good luck if your puppy/cat chews on them. Fine, corporate doesn't feel the need to carry replacement laces but shouldn't the associates have some sort of idea of the lace sizes? I for one can never figure out the length and constantly buy the wrong size. Customer service should be more than ringing up your purchases. They already don't help with getting boxes down for you nor sizing. Will I be back? More than likely, I own quite the collection of Sketchers so mildly addicted. Do I expect more from the associates? When I found a pair of cute shorts and asked to try them on she said she'd have to "measure me first." I politely declined, assuming it was an optional service, to which she further informed me, it was not. Then things got weird. Because the shorts were cute (and cheap), I begrudgingly let her measure my waist. To which she said "ohh, they're too small," and put them back on the rack (they were actually my size) When I said I'd like to try them anyway, she smugly told me I could purchase them, but I still wasn't allowed to try them on. It was hands down the weirdest, most invasive, and humiliating shopping experience I've had. And it explains why the store is bursting at the seams with clothing. I doubt anyone actually buys anything after being treated like that. If you enjoy unsolicited body commentary and being size-policed over $20 vintage shorts, this place is for you. Otherwise, run. And a tip for the owner: If you want to run a 'by fitting only' boutique, then run a proper by-appointment fitting room where you pull sizes for people instead of wasting their time and humiliating them. Twice as Nice Consignment falls into the "nice" portion of its name…read more It has a mix of things typical of a consignment shop: clothing, shoes (even some new ones), jewelry, accessories and of the things I saw, all were reasonably priced. The tags are easy to read, dated by when the item came into the shop, and anything over 90 days is on sale half-off the ticket price. The racks are sorted by item and then by sizes. Twice as nice makes it as easy as possible to find things. I didn't see anything in the designer/high-end category, but I imagine if there were, those items would go quickly. Despite that, there are nice pieces, gently worn. Like most shops of this kind, it can be hit or miss on locating something, but it's still fun to explore. It's not too big to be overwhelming and not so small as to be overlooked. Twice as nice accepts items for consignment as well, so it works both for offloading things in your closet and picking up some new pieces to add back.
