Amazing place! I went here to get an ingrown taken care of and was the best medical and atmospheric experience I've ever had!

I award five stars to businesses, physicians or whoever that give me added value to their services,…read morewhich can be more than I expected or providing information I didn't know beforehand. Well, sir, it happened here. A dermotologist had recommended I see Dr. Sarah Neitzel for podiatric care and I had my PCP send a referral to her. When the office called to schedule an appointment I was told I'd be seeing her partner, Dr. Jarod Spencer instead. I agreed to the change. This is why it always pays to be open-minded. The office visit with Dr. Spencer was superb. Very friendly guy with an easy manner who really knows his stuff. We talked about the foot thing I had an issue with a slightly-regrown ingrown toe nail He gave me several options including two options for cutting the nail thing out. We agreed I'd try the options and then follow up in a couple of months. Have you ever been given new info and felt your brain expand with that new knowledge? Only me, huh? Well then, OK, let's continue. Anyway, my brain expanded after absorbing that new information. But THE best thing about my appointment with Dr. Spencer? Not once did he leave the exam room to check on other patients waiting in other exam rooms. I've gone to two single doctor podiatry practices where the one guy would be bopping back and forth between several rooms. So not only are you waiting for the guy to come back and finish whatever he started, you worry and hope that the guy remembers who YOU are and what your situation is and doesn't confuse you with another patient. I've had a past podiatrist say to me upon his return to the room, "OK, where were we? Oh yes..." Those guys are hyped up to begin with because they have to be in order retain sufficient energy (and hopefully mental focus) throughout the day--every day. Dr. Spencer was calm, friendly and professional. He was at ease which put me at ease--and this was our first visit. So, from now on, he's my guy. And since I've got various foot issues, it's comforting to know I found a great podiatrist I can trust, and well deserves this five-star rating.

Horrible experience I am still suffering from the procedure she did on me. It was extremely painful…read moreprocedure snd caused more problems.

I've made several visits to Dr. Sherris now and based on those I'm giving his practice five stars…read more Denise at the front desk remains a gem of a person, actually making the wait to be taken back to an exam room fun and engaging. Dr. Sherris has walked into the room fully prepared for the procedure at hand or for a follow up on a previous one. He is also very engaging and a pleasure to talk to. What I find impressive is that his office is a one-man show but, unlike another podiatrist I had seen who is the sole practitioner in his office, Dr. Sherris was never rushed or had me waiting for 5-10 minutes while he was hurrying between patients in other rooms. Dr. Sherris remains in the room, giving you his full attention. I was actually a bit disappointed to realize at my last visit that there was no need for additional follow up. This practice is definitely worth the drive to Poulsbo.

I would leave zero stars if possible. We'll give the 1 star to Collin, the front desk employee. I…read morehad nothing but problems with my experience at Liberty Bay Foot and Ankle. I came in for bunions I have had since childhood. We agreed that surgery was the answer and I was signed right up. That's when the troubles began. My son flew in to take care of me after surgery. After he arranged his work schedule and I bought a plane ticket for him I got a call from Collin telling me that there had been an issue with reserving the OR and that we needed to reschedule. I told him that was not an option as we had already bought a ticket. He sorted that out. Then days before surgery I received an EOB from Cigna telling me that Dr. Sherris was now out of network. That led to more panic and running around before that got sorted out as well. I had the surgery in April 2025. Went back in for my first post-op and found Dr. Sherris to be very abrupt. He hastily removed my stitches and never once asked me how my pain level was. I was told that it would take 9-12 months for all of the pain and swelling to go away. I went back at 9 months (still swollen and in a lot of pain) and was told I had a stress fracture and was put back into a boot. The swelling went down but as soon as I got out of the boot it came right back. I was told to keep waiting and it would all be fine. After 15 months I was much worse than I was before I had surgery. I then got another opinion from an orthopedic surgeon. I was told that the surgery failed and I have now had to have this surgery a second time. Dr. Sherris put a staple into my big toe and one of the prongs was stuck between the bones, rubbing and causing all kinds of damage. If I had taken no action I would not have been able to walk much longer. I am in my 40's and have a lot of walking to do still in this life. I just wish I would have gotten a second opinion much sooner instead of living in terrible pain for so many months. I have had to take 6 weeks off of work but am recovering nicely. I have far less swelling and bruising than I did last time. I highly recommend that you see an ortho if you need bunion repair. This time around this situation has been just a major inconvenience. The first time it was traumatic. I am optimistic that I will get my life back this time.
