**5/5 Stars - Highly Recommend**…read more I recently had the pleasure of working with Mass Works for a major renovation project, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Thomas rebuilt my deck and transformed my outdoor space into something beyond what I could have ever imagined. In addition to that, he demoed my old tile, removed worn-out vinyl plank and carpet, and installed beautiful new vinyl plank flooring throughout my home. Honest, trustworthy, and hardworking. Quality work, stayed on schedule, and communicated clearly throughout the process. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled company, I highly recommend Mass Works!

The end result was a kitchen that we are extremely satisfied with and proud to show off. The team was able to take on some hidden issues that we were not aware of when the project was quoted without us seeing anything major price increased. I want to shout out Vadim and Dennis for how personable and easy to work with they were. Honestly the only issues we had during the project came down to a couple of scheduling issues that caused the project to go on a bit longer than we expected. Otherwise, everything went amazing. We would happily recommend Nova Interiors to anyone looking for a remodel.

Had my kitchen totally remodeled by Kitchenland 2 years ago, new cabinets, quartz countertops and…read moreappliances. The calk is cracking horribly everywhere it was applied.I was told house settled by them but my house was built in 1962 and I looked it up, they don't settle that long. The calk is hard and they used an incorrect type of calk.Should have used silicone. They only have a 1 year guarantee I was told. I live alone and kitchen does not get that much use. There is no way the calk should look like this already. They make up one excuse after another and do not stand behind their work.I will post on FB and tell everyone I know how lousy they treat customers even when it was their own fault for not using correct calk.My old kitchen did not look this bad. UPDATE! - Kitchenland reached out to me and are going to replace the calk, the contractor had hired someone outside of Kitchenland for part of the job which included the calking which they knew nothing about. Kitchenland is an upstanding good company and came to the rescue. Thanks so very much!

I would give zero starts if this were an option WARNING LONG REVIEW BUT WORTH IT:…read moreDO NOT GO TO JUSTIN IN TIME CUSTOM LLC. I cannot recommend Justin and his crew. They are a bunch of sloppy, destructive unprofessional bunch of people. I was told the job would be a 4-5 day job tops. They started on may 10 and I was finally rid of them by may 27. Most of the days worked were not full days or wouldn't show at all. I paid half down after he came out to give me an estimate. I also already had all the material to complete the job (tile, shluter system, mud etc) due to my first contractor falling off the face of the earth. The first day someone demoed and was here for 2 hrs. They also ripped up trim off the wrong wall and destroyed the paint on 2 of my walls. No one came out for 3 days and then when they would come out they would work a couple hours or a half day due to a skeleton crew and having 1 tiler. The tile had been messed up and was completely uneven(see pictures) and I asked Justin to come out and explain to me how this would be fixed in a calm manner. He said the tiler would be out the next day to have it fixed. I also told him that I had family members that were contractors and I sent pictures to ask if the job was acceptable as it clearly wasn't. He was instantly dismissive and saying how he did not frame the house and how since I was "on a budget" they couldn't do "the necessary prep work" and accused me of saying how I knew more about frame work than he did when all I asked was for him to explain how the tile would be salvaged as it was already mudded to the walls. I also never informed him I was on a "budget" as I wasn't. He said he would come out to see the shower and explain to me the next day our plan of action. The tile wasn't flush, too tight to put grout in to waterproof, not level/straight or even, and there were even pieces that were cracked that were put up in the wall. Justin did come out and expressed that they would pay for all new material and he himself would come out next week to complete the job correctly. Tuesday comes around 5/31 and I was informed demo guy wouldn't come out til Wednesday. Demo guy came out and actually messed up more of my dry wall. Thursday Justin was suppose to come out and hang dry wall but sent a crew out to clean more. Friday morning he messaged me that the guy who originally tiled and dry walled my shower incorrectly was coming out to dry wall. I told him no and my expectation was that he would be completing the job. (See text messages). He told me that I can just keep my money (I paid him $2,000 up front) and that he didn't want "any extra bullshit because he hasn't slept". I tried to have a conversation with him via text and asked that he call instead. I ended up having to call him and I asked if he was coming out today which he responded he was in another town. I told him that I didn't want his company doing my shower anymore as they continued to yank me around, not complete the job, as well as give me excuse after excuse. I asked if he had picked up the tile and supplies that he was suppose to pay for and me told me no. I ask him to give me the $2,000 back that I already paid him and he told me no and so I said we would go to small claims court and in that announcement he said "that won't be good for you if you do". You can look below for pictures of the work they tried to sell to me but I want to warn everyone of this sloppy business Justin Ralls and his men are going around taking advantage of other people
