An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.

The paper is released every week on schedule rain or shine and it is full of information about community events, city wide happenings, health matters and even has a security report about the goings on in our development! I…read moreasked for a refund (per the 7 days refund policy) Was solicited for advertising services, They were to deliver a contract and a sample via mail of the advertisement I was purchasing prior to charging my credit card. After 3 days of calling the company they finally sent me a contract which WAS NOT what we agreed upon. They are acting unethical and has completely misrepresented their company. I do not trust their business practices and i want a full refund (their website states 100% refund within 7 days of transaction). I called the SAME day of the transaction and demanded a refund because they charged my card without a contract signed by me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
