This is a good store as this type of store goes. Large, plenty of space and stock. Handy location.

Big W's are usually so typical - more expensive than some competitor for so-so products (as expected). But I felt compelled to write this review as we encountered two VERY RUDE staff members on our visit. Terrible, terrible service! Big W should train their staff. We don't usually go to this shop so we didn't know where some things were. We hadn't gone to the counter right away when they announced they were closing as another staff member was so clueless about helping us find what we were looking for - at the most we took an extra two minutes maybe - and got called out and spoken to very rudely and condescendingly by not one but two staff members. I was so surprised that I didn't bother to explain that we were waiting on their staff who didn't seem to know about their workplace! I was with my children that time and could not believe how obnoxious their staff were. We vow never to go there again. read more
