Brian Cabelka was paid $900 prior to the job being done, JS carpentry informed me that an additional cost of $235 for the job, that was quoted as $300 for the door install, for a simple install increased from the quote of $300 to a bloated $1235. Guess that's why there was no paperwork or any receipts provided. Brian Cabelka takes money and disappears, JS Carpentry facilitates his dishonest behavior by taking rent from Brian and housing him. Job as well was not completed. Remember JS quotes do not included materials or labor, expect the amount to skyrocket when the job is complete, well what they claim as complete. Had roof work done, took 4 months after paying in full to almost have completed, almost, still need a strip to finish the job. Maybe someday they will honor their words. I guess a leaking roof for 4 months is considered ok by these contractors, almost water proof is pretty good I guess with these two. Brian Cabelka lives with JS Carpentry but they bounce responsibility between themselves to leave you hanging in the wind.
