Without hesitation, they helped me push the cart across the street and into their lot (it was a hot and busy weekend in June). Then, their tools came out and started testing everything. It became clear this was an issue a mechanic would need to fix. After the guys recommended a mechanic (whom was booked out that day) they offered to let me keep the cart in their lot overnight. The following day, the mechanic was able to get me up and rolling after swapping out a failed ECU. I offered to pay the guys for their assistance, which they graciously declined. Although I didn't do business with either Coastal Cowboy or The Cart Store, I recommend both of them due to their generosity, kindness, and Southern Hospitality. They didn't try to sell me anything or make me feel at any point as nuisance to their business. I will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks guys!

One year later bike has a stumble and almost stall when coming to a stop after driving a few miles. Went in and asked to talk to a tech and was told no you can't talk to a tech. The sales department is all about selling you a bike but the service department is a joke. My bike still has a warranty and I live 10 minutes from them but I'll take it 2 hours away to another dealership before going to them ever again.
