Don't buy furniture here if you want it sooner then 2-3 months. Just canceled our order for a couch after waiting just over month. Simple to move on. Found the same couch elsewhere, for a bit more, but got it in a week. read more

Love Big Lots!!! This location was easy to access from the highway and parking lot. Great selections of everything. Only complaint would be that several items failed to have prices, and we would've likely purchased more on this trip if we knew what some prices were. Nice kid in the furniture section did ask us if we needed help. Cashier scanned my 20% coupon, and we asked if we could also use our military discount and she added our military discount, but when we got home our military discount was on the ticket, but not our 20%. read more

Big Lots - of Fun! Why do I like Big Lots? It has a lot to do with the time of my visit; end of day when I am craving something sickeningly sweet. Lots of something sweet. Definitely a candy attraction to Big Lots. They have aisles of weird old lady candy like Spearmint Leaves, Spice Drops, Orange Slices, Circus Peanuts, even rejected "Jelly Bellies" marketed as "Belly Flops", a giant bag full of errors like 50 beans that fused into a single giant gray blob or totally bizarre flavor fails. You do have to be selective though, recently I bought the world's oldest most stale box of "Good n Plenty's" because they had been marked down to 25 cents. Completely inedible but I still felt like I got a good deal on my sugar fix! A good selection of international foods can also be found here, they must buy out failed grocery stores or something. Other surprise at the Lots, furniture! Who knew? They actually have a lot of nice stuff. I hate to admit we have a bit of buyer's remorse over our lovely IKEA sofa, it's nice and all, but when you sink into an overstuffed Big Lots couch with reclining everything complete with cupholders. . .oh man! This is a pretty big location with furniture, mattresses, and all the other regular departments of a full size store. See you in the candy aisle! read more

Because they were the same color we already own, I returned immediately--only to be informed that they only offer store credit. There was no signage indicating this policy, nor were we advised of it at the time of purchase. The owner claimed it was printed on the receipt; however, we were not provided a physical receipt and instead received an email sent with only an order number and total. For a smoother and more transparent shopping experience, I recommend purchasing from Dillard's or another retailer instead of this location.
